I agree with the characters not having enough time to have a better character development or their stories not being told properly. Could be because the drama was limited to 10 episodes. After all, another 2 hours could help with fleshing it out a bit more. Also, I think the whole "Paul being the bad guy plot twist" feels out of the place, because Phi was potentially being an unreliable narrator. He idolised Paul and that was how we got to know him. We barely saw Paul outside Phi's or Tam's flashbacks and I donโt think Phi even knew Paul very well. Admiring or crushing on someone is not the same as truly knowing someone. It's possible Paul was always a bad guy, Phi just never got the chance to see him that way, since they probably cut contact after Phi and Tam got together. ๐ค
I was so busy admiring Krist's hair (I love this cut and color on him, okay), I didnโt even notice the first time around... Thankfully GMMTV's official account got me, and, excuse me, but where is your hand going, Phi? ๐คญ

Welcome to the parasocial lives of some fans in countries such as China, Thailand, Korea or Japan! It's unfortunately not that uncommon. You have no idea how many times I ran into groups of fans at the Incheon airport, waiting for actors, singers or other influencers and the agencies oftentimes support this almost stalker like behavior from fans, because it brings in money further down the road. I understand some want to support their faves, but waiting hours at the airport for 2 minute experience, where the idols don't even interact with anyone is wild. I do agree with you that seeing it in a drama feels odd, but so does experiencing it irl, it gives me second hand embarrassment every time it happens.

When I went to see GOT7 in Berlin, the girls kept screaming their heads off everytime they saw a random Asian around the venue. We had a good laugh about it with one of the security guys. xD That was 2018 and my sister recently texted me from Stray Kids koncert in Amsterdam that the fans there been literally doing the same thing. Nah. People are just spreading misinformation, because they hate Krist. I've seen people starting drama on reddit saying they think that Krist is a hindrance on Singto. Which they couldn't be more wrong. The rumor about Krist being homophobic has been around since SOTUS. Both Krist and Singto are pro-LGBTQIA and there's a lot of evidence to suport that claim. They pioneered the engineer BL genre and the reporters were trying to create drama. No matter how many times KristSingto said they don't do top/bottom bs, people kept going on about it. Lots of people also didn't like Krist for whatever reason and Singto found himself getting a lot more offers. Offers not including Krist. Singto explained that that was partially why he decided to go abroad, so Krist could grow as an artist. It's been a while and the details are hazy, but these two always been the OGs no matter what anybody says. Sometimes other artists also mention it, that for them KristSingto are legends. I was just watching the BTS for EP7 and Mix also says that he was nervous to be working with 'such legends'.
