As I just started to become Kim Hyeyoon’s fan, I need to see more of her. Starting with Secret Royal Inspector…
You can watch 20th Century Girl if you stop at 1hr37mins or so (when the ML wishes her happy new year). πŸ™ˆ

Namsoon - you are better of watching FMVs

No comment on the others since I haven't watched them

Title Lovely Runner Spoiler
Tbh it's not even a major part of the plot and all I can say is this SL is not like other SL and will actually…
FL pretty much kills any chance for romance with the SML after ep 4 or 5 or so once she finds out he didn't really like "young Sol" when he asked her out.

So there's only 1 episode in the series where the FL has to bare with the past Sol's love for the SML. The SML is also pretty nice and not annoying so eventhough he will keep recurring throughout the show, his role changes from rival to friend pretty quickly.

(He is a fan favourite if it helps just for his character).

For most of the show, the only aspect of the Love rival is only brought up as a joke (ML 's pov) but it's not annoying

MDL ratings cant be trusted anymore
The killer was a psycho - KTS's dad confirmed it at the end when he said the killer had declared that he will not stop when he was originally arrested in the current timeline and that some people were just evil for not reason.

His motive seems to be young girls who are alone since in the present, he targetted the young stalker.

Sol just happened to be in the wrong place in the previous timelines. In the current timeline, the driver doesn't know about Sol nor really cared about Sanjae either.

Sanjae just seems to have a twisted fate with the killer where he is always an obstacle (even if it is unintentional like in ep 15)which is what triggers the killer's need to have his revenge on Sanjae

You bring a valid point- echoing her best friend's thoughts about messing with the past.

Sol was planning to avoid Sanjae when she went back to 2009 (just like in the original timeline when they didn't know eachother) but what she didn't anticipate was that Sanjae's love for her was so strong that he wouldn't let her ignore him.

She tried to ignore him at the camp, ship him off to the US, and even have him far away from In Hyuk's village BUT Sanjae just wouldn't stay away.

She wasn't planning to let the killer kill her. She had a solid plan with the detectives and it would have worked too if Sanjae wasn't involved.
Not telling him about the plan may have been a problem i guess but then again, even if she told him, would he have stayed quiet and let her take the risk?

9,2 for what??? What is going on here? This is nowhere close to other top shows. 8/10 average show. Brainless…
He was in a coma/ critical state and likely not expected to recover.

If you know that you are the reason why the person you love is in this condition AND you have a chance to fix it (time machine)- wouldn't you try to undo it?

Sure, some of Sol's decisions were too extreme but we need to remember by this point she was traumatized - she had to watch her idol/ savior/friend die, learn that in the past also he had saved her but she had been hateful towards him...only to later find out that he kept dying because of her? And all this while there was a psycho after her too?

It's too much to handle - in reality or kdramaverse.

In case u want to buy yellow or blue umbrella, u can buy it in IKEAeven IKEA advertise their umbrella with LR…
It's rather ironic how LR barely had any product placements (if at all) but so many brands are benefiting from them πŸ™Š

Look at casio for instance- SJ's watch doesn't even have the official "G-shock" inscription but there's so much demand nowπŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š

I blame 'Destined With You'😝
Yep CEO Kim- he was initially referred to as Sanjae's manager by most fans because they didn't introduce Dong Seok's position till ep 7 with the 3rd 2023 timeline i guess - in ep 1 he was barely there.

Apparently the actor has a reputation for villain roles (I only know him from Destined With You)

Settle my debate with hubby please. Question in the final episodes is SJ a member of eclipse? Husband says yes…
At the very least he still collaborates with Eclipse since during ep 15, a very drunk In Hyuk did mention that he wanted to talk about "our" next concert (the scene where they barged into SJ's apartment when Sol was sick).

Not sure if it is a translation difference though.

Edit: he is still with Eclipse :) - he is referred to as "Eclipse's vocalist" in the news article about his library date

I haven't seen Moving, but I would say that I enjoyed Lovely Runner as much or more than Twinkling Watermelon.
Awesome- to be fair, it is a bit underrated in social media which is probably why you haven't come across it yet :)

Enjoy!

If you like stories revolving around spies or superheroes, you'll like Moving ☺️

It kind of reminded me of Pixar's The Incredibles.

wait.. what? can you spoil me? I don't like sad endings...
How did you watch the movie? For the life of me i can't find it anywhere except for a rather poor quality upload in a sketchy site πŸ™Š

The drama's ending is too open for me considering the fact they seem to go with the idea that her actions in the "past" will not affect "her present" (i may be remembering it wrong though)πŸ™ˆ

He likes her too much to care about his own safety so Sol had no choice but to lie to him so he'd stay away.

His safety is more important to her than her love for him.
