I just rewatched episode 1 and then watched episodes 2 and 3 and it makes sense now. Why Tan always looked so…
If White is also upto something, he's most likely working with another party. In the early episodes, when Phee, Tan, and White were alone, Tan made this theatric declaration that he is going to pretend to help Tee and the gang to find out more information? If White was in it, then he would have reacted differently.

White is also supposed to be tech savvy and we know that Mr K's team had Tee on their radar so White's mission might be related to Tee and not Non directly since it is implied that Non and Mr K disappeared together πŸ™Š
(I mean given how majority of the fanbase is out for Mr K's blood for grooming Non, you'd think the writers would have used Tan to finish off Mr K)

Yesss! I am so torn about Jin's character. He has this Dobler vs Dharmer kind of thing going on for him (if you…
The Janta cult might be a red herring here to delude the viewers. Even Por kept messing up the details of the story. It's possible that there was an actual cult back in the day based in the forest. Since the lore was included in the script (Por did do the reviewing), Tan may have taken advantage of it to make his plan more authentic.

If we assume the other attacker is also working with Tan, he could have set up the traps. Since Non's last known location was the forest, I'm pretty sure Tan must have gone through it countless times.

It's hard to explain the handsy ghost (poor Tee πŸ˜…) but it's possible this was also the real attacker perhaps but W and T were so into it, they didn't really notice? Unless of course White has a tendancy to be extra during their makeout sessions and Tee was worried about it- ending up with a confused hallucination of the mask feeling him upπŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ’€ (Tee kept reminding White that W promised that he would "behave" throughout ep 1).
Most likely though, it's probably a poor choice of script writing to make the scene funny

Thats a lot of valid points.

I feel like there is somebody else who is hunting them down since Tan and Phee both have alibis when Por got attacked as well as during the Shrine scene (the attacker was too stable to be Top during the attack). The knife marks on Por are proof that the attack was real.

It's difficult to say though if the other attacker is in cahoots with Tan but seeing as Phee isn't really in it for revenge but justice & is bias about Jin, Tan may have found somebody else to help him as a security measure.

The reason why the gang (except for Jin) sees the Mask makes sense tbh since Phee did talk about Non when they were drugged (P even declared that Non must be dead). Knowing how unsettled the gang was, it kind of makes sense that they would hallucinate about the Mask. White was already spooked by por's story so it wouldn't be a surprise if he saw the mask too. This does bring into question, WHY ISN'T JIN SCARED OF THE MASK in his hallucinations? He was nearly killed twice now by the mask but Jin still only sees Mr K which is honestly really odd. Either J knows that Non is alive and well and Mr K is dead or alternatively the meltdown he had with the video situation had to do with Mr K and not Non (wild theory but perhaps Jin has a past with Mr K which is why he was so heart broken).

So far the only person I trust is Phee ngl πŸ˜… I really want Jin to be one of the good guys but something about him is just so creepy at times. Like you said, in the coffin scene and even when Phee starts to confess, J has this "look" like he is secretly enjoying it. The way he immediately snapped as soon as he caught N and K to take the video without any hesitation also has this classic psychopath vibe. Since the show has dealth with Depression and manic disorders already, I wouldn't be that surprised if they give Jin also some kind of psycho alter ego. Since Phee is the resident Mr Fair and Justice, I feel like the "final showdown" will be between Phee and Jin. Tan's goal is avenging his family- he no longer cares about anything else, so unless Non is alive, Tan is destined to sacrifice himself for his mission. Phee still has his idealistic ways (he was concerned about the bullies lives and was even open to give them the benefit of the doubt even about the script change). Since so far only Phee hasn't had any actual trauma thrown at him except for Non's disappearance, the ultimate hit would be Jin betraying him (i'm not referring to the recording either - but something even more sinister).

I so agree. How can she even tolerate his presence let alone be intimate.
Love how they dealt with their seduction plan ngl

A lot of people said this is based on the web novel, not webtoon in case you are watching it. And the drama is…
Yes, they switched some of the faiths (but in a good way for the most part) and they introduced a new character.

Personally I prefer the drama's way of dealing with Minwhan than how they did it in the webtoon- it felt more poetic.

White and Jin joining forces would be diabolical since the reason would be so unexpected.

The pre-release must have a reason to paint both Jin and White in such a suspicious way considering both Phee and Tee emulate the same aura they had on the pre-release but both both J and W are completely different(unless they changed the script last minuteπŸ™Š)

Omg!!! Your fanfiction idea certainly would be one hell of a twist 🀣🀣🀣

Personally i get this "SCREAM 1" vibe from both jin and White (i.e. "the actual villain is the most trusted/ unexpected friend" arc)

White is too good to be true and also is literally the gang's only contact for communication at this point since he is is the resident tech whizz.

His relationship with Tee also seems to have started after Non disappeared since White wasn't aware of Non nor couldn't imagine Tee as a bully.
It may also be a coincidence but in ep 2 I think, when White woke up on the first morning, his first question was where was Tan and not Tee (the couple did have an arguement, but given the circumstances, you'd think his first priority would be Tee?)

It's also possible White was an undercover agent since Mr. K did seem to be working with a team and Tee was already under his radar. (This could also explain why White is so tech savvy. Besides it would be a waste of a plotline if whoever Mr K was in contact with abruptly stops their mission just because one of their "soldiers" disappeared. If the writers had no intension of exploring this further, they should have just kept Mr K alive so that Non's avenger can have his revenge on him).

But then again, we did see White's fear was related to him getting blisters (such a youthful fear eh?). And W wasn't keen on going on the trip in the first place so may be W really is in the show just to make fans see a softer side of Tee?

Eitherway, i hope there's more in store for White than just being Tee's scared bf. He'll probably be the one to bring down Tee πŸ™ˆπŸ«

There's also the whole "bloody Mr K" situation- why is Jin only haunted by Mr K?

He has not hallucinated about the Mask or Non unlike the others eventhough we know that J felt guilty about Non's faith. It's weird for J to make peace about the fact that it was partly his fault that Non's life went to hell but still fear Mr K.

Unless the real reason why Jin made the video in the first place almost as if by instinct is not just because of his disappointment in Non but something more delusional/ sinister connected to both Non and Mr K

Why do I feel like there's something much more sinister with Jin ? Jin's character is too much weak or 'meh' that…
Yesss! I am so torn about Jin's character. He has this Dobler vs Dharmer kind of thing going on for him (if you like his character, he seems like a nice, misunderstood kid who doesn't deserve most of the hate he is getting atm/ if you don't like his character, then his actions can be quite creepy at times)

J seems so naive and extremely sensitive compared to the rest of the gang but there's something about him that just doesn't sit really well (especially the way he stares sometimes and the show has proved already that P and Tan's unexplained looks from the 1st 4 episodes were hints).

I feel like the show is purposely not sharing the "gritty" side of Jin. We know that Non's life was depressing/ Por had a lot of pressure from his fam/ Tee is trapped/ Fluke's need to please his mother/ Top is poor and chaotic (or at least it is implied) but so far we only know that Jin's life seems to be comparatively less stressful/ comfortable (at least enough to own a professional camera of his own/ have such an enormous bedroom all to himself).

We also do not know what happened to Jin after he rushed to see what was wrong with N during the πŸ’€ attempt. For all we know, Jin did see Phee when he went to N's place so J might already know about Phee's connection with Non but didn't disclose it for some reason.

It would be freaky if there could be a subplot where Jin has always been obsessed about Non so he might be on his own self righteous mission to "save Non".

The whole debacle started with Jin bringing in N to the team and justice seems to be finally possible when Jin has to leave Thailand. It would be intriguing if turns out Jin too had secretly targetted Phee at first because of P's connection to Non πŸ™Š
