I feel for the son. Hope the child actor got necessary consultation required for taking up such a role as he is in his formative years. Solid two episodes. I hope it maintains the balance.
its funny. If there is reincarnation doesn't that mean Christianity is not true but there is priest who still has power which is based on his religion. They should have made him a monk but I am not sure if a bald Cha Eun Woo is something I would like to see.
Curious, can you explain what you mean by "casting mishap"? Just curious. I've been thinking about that myself.
If you remeber when ML was eating at her mother restaurant she was in hand ball team which is probably during or after college which puts her in her early to mid 20's where as male lead was preparing for his own teachers certification exam which is after college so he too is in his early to mid 20's so my guess is they should have 1 to 3 years difference. I like her but the difference is really visible.
The only downside of this drama is casting mishap apart from that it is well written and enjoyable. Regarding murder mystery I think that brother is red herring and assistant who may be the younger brother of the girl ten years earlier is culprit because he has unnatural concern over lead and all victims have somehow wronged the lead.
Its a shame because If this had aired on cable then it would definitely have broken records. I was very skeptical starting this but this was a really good first half- fast paced, thrilling, fills you with anticipation. I like how she revealed herself at the beginning its like even if they know they cannot stop it. Only drawback is they didn't release all of the episodes and I hope it doesn't lose its sheen in next cour.
There are alot of good stories from Japan if coupled with good cinematography and exposure can easily get a wide global audience. I think this will be the one among them.
I watched the last episode again to atleast find some positives but its a plot holes galore. I enjoyed the journey but when it culminates into such travesty then it just leaves a bitter aftertaste. If Iam ever reborn again as Skorean then I will make it my goal to attend the discussion where this ending was approved just to have a good laugh.
Did they have the same face? If yes then writers think people watching this are fools. If no then they have some leeway. But still a bad ending they could have easily ended in better way.
I think that at the beginning they should have showed his suffering more before his gate of energy was opened. Also several terms and roles are being introduced without much explanation.
But can we really separate greed and evil? Also will they ever be happy with some part in management and not be…
That possibility will always be there even if they are not in management and someone else like Oh sehyeon can also get greedy and want more. But i know if tht was the case there would be no story.
My opinion has changed as of EP012. I think DoJun should make it so that entire family can have part in the management while he retains ultimate control. We don't know what acts they have done in previous timeline but in this timeline when you think about it they were not evil but greedy which made them do things which in my opinion falls under grey area. Also now that I look back in all of it DoJun appears to be the cause of their misfortune like with eldest son it was hando acquisition where he began the chain of inflating price, with daughter he planted the idea of speculative investment and with middle brother he was victim of external forces which he cannot control but DoJun exacerbate it by giving most vulnerable industries as his portfolio with the double spy.
At the beginning he was finding it difficult to pay for his mother care but she was acting like he just have to live his life when he has to take care of her. Also in ep05 when he visits her she is is is expecting all sorts of things from her.
I am so frustrated by sooheon mom. Its like she is deliberately oblivious. Also I dont know what Chanmi will accomplish she is just going with the flow.
a bald Cha Eun Woo is something I would like to see.
