Glad that this ep is a slightly a happier ep compared to heavy ep previously (11), and the calm before the storm for the emotion roller coaster as this is the 5th last ep. There are many flashbacks and discussion though. I need my rest, so I update it in another 5 hours maybe? Anyway this episode, although seemingly calm, has a lot of big details from the conversation, focusing on Nut, Tofu, and Tarn's relationship. Tofu shows more jealousy, insecurity, and selfishness.
Live reaction/spoiler as usual: * As we saw in previous ep, Na was asking where's Nut, and Nut's having meeting with Juea and some Japanese people to broadcast Nut's series and to interview him. Honestly they don't look Japanese to me lol. I do wish this series get imported as Jdrama. * Tofu brought Na to the office/mall. * Na and Tofu were in Skechers (shoes shop, I love skechers lol), Na tried one pair of shoes which was little tight, Tofu asked the staff for bigger one, and Nut was the one who brought her the shoes, to Na's surprise. * They continue shopping. Na thanked Nut, and Nut was very happy because of it. And another happiness at the cosmetic store when the staff asked about Nut and Tofu, and Na said they're her sons. Gen and Song somehow were at the mall as well. * They stopped at some cafe, Nut looked very happy * At home, Na thanked Nut once again, and hugged him, Tofu joined the hug. Very happy moment for the family * Another day passed, Nut went office, Gen tried to take the lunchbox, but Nut hold onto it. * Prib went to Nut's house. Tofu revealed Nut and Tarn to her. Nut told Tofu about his ex. Tofu know that his name is Tarn despite Nut never told him. Tofu knew Prib knew Tarn from her fb, and he asked Prib to bring him to meet Tarn. Prib explained the coma situation, and told Tofu she wanted to bring Nut to see Tarn, hoping for miracle. * Tofu wondering why Tarn never get back with Nut (yes everyone is wondering about this). Nut replied while he's watching TV with Tofu (about the person in the TV) not knowing that Tofu was actually thinking about Tarn, and the situation was exactly the same * The next day, Tofu went to overjealousy mode, thinking about Tarn, that maybe Nut will chose him and happier with him if Tarn was still around, and of course because Tarn is much skillful and better than Tofu, and Tofu burnt another dish. Of course Kuenchai doesn't want it. Lol * Tofu supposedly went to market but make a stop near a park, feeling lost against Tarn, Nut followed him, knowing that Tofu felt jealous, Nut reiterated that Tofu is Tofu, and he loved that about Tofu * We have another more elaborated flashback about Tarn and the burnt dish. Love about this cute small bickering and lovey dovey scene actually. * They went back home, and of course Tofu was empty handed. Nut picked up the little prince that Na was reading, and he proposed a trip. Of course Tofu picked Chiang Mai as the destination. Tofu updated Prib on the plan. * Tofu was conversing with ms bolster and blanket and interrupted by Nut who just finished his shower, and gave Tofu kiss to energise him packing up * Gen and Song planned for the same trip as well * Tofu might encountered another woken up object in the storeroom when he's grabbing a luggage * Another day passed. The family asked the neighbours (Chu and Nhong) to take care of Kuenchai and the house when the're away for the trip * They arrived at the hotel, and met Song, Gen and Prib there. Nut was too tired, so another day passed. * They went to some temple for some prayers, and doing some sightseeing after that. Nut was having deep talk with Tofu about some Thai history and "gay". Na asked them to go having fun. * They're having fun with the "wooden car" cart. I love the different version of the opening OST here. This time round Na's asked Tofu preference where to go next, and Nut picked for Tofu. * They went to some garden. Nut highlighted to Tofu the special reason he brought him there. He mentioned that every flower is different, and Tofu was his special flower. Tofu and Nut taking picture together, same with Song and Gen. Prib was just looking in jealousy. Why they need to be barefooted here? There's a flashback with Tarn (and Nut). Love the cinematography as always, how the flashback and reality transitioned seamlessly. * Song and Gen met Anik. Hear me out! I'm becoming increasingly comfortable with the idea of Tofu going back to a Teddy Bear and Nut Being…
Although earlier in the series, I'm somewhat towards accepting if in the end Tofu turned back into teddy bear, but after ep 11, seeing how Tofu has grown up as human, it feels unfair to him to be "punished" back as teddy bear. He has brought miracles to people around him, he deserve his own miracle, that's what I think, and hope, the real ending will be (e.g. Tofu will be turned into teddy bear, but another miracle will bring him back as human permanently).
This is very difficult to write, as I mentioned before, my summarized writing doesn't provide this series any justice, you better watch, and rewatch it yourselves.
Up to ep 11, we saw how really broken Nut was.
* He grew up under domestic violence, being physically and verbally abused by Sib * He grew up giving up most of his life (he need to transfer school, gave up on writing, etc), even at one time, his only source of happiness (Tarn) * He grew up bullied, unaccepted by society, and even considered as "sick", because of his sexual orientation * He grew up believing that the person he loved the most (Na) betrayed him * He grew up believing that he's just a product of Na's (love) mistake * He grew up believing that he'd rather die in the past * He grew up believing that he's not the (perfect) son that his mother wanted, and Na was not thankful of him (e.g. when he bought her the new phone)
Despite all of that, he still tried his best to take care of his mother, and even a good person is not perfect, you can't expect broken person to be perfect.
Sib and Na on the other hand, weren't actually evil parents. (Comparing to the standard that actual evil parents will just let their kid starve to death, etc)
* Despite his anger outburst, it was cited that Sib could cool down relatively fast * Sib still able to (hardly) accept Nut's decision not to go to military
So basically it's just different way of the parents showing their love (similar to the phone story), and for Sib's way of course it's much worse with violence involved. The intention is good, at least that's what I think.

Spoiler/speculation for ep 12 & 13. 3 more ep after this, 3 more semi-important characters yet to be revealed, and Tarn's mystery (who's the culprit) also yet to be shown. Teddy bear mystery (how Tofu & other furnitures woke up, and how Tofu turned human, how Tofu look like Neung), and ms left slippers also still unknown. Curious how they're wrapping up in 3 ep.
Ep 12 * Nut, Tofu, and Na went shopping for shoes together. Na finally displayed how she accept Nut & Tofu relationship. Nut & Na relationship is fully healed at this point, or is it. * We'll be having another flashback on how Nut getting Kuenchai, and the cinema event just before Nut was grabbed by Sib * Prib connected the dots, and brought the gang to Chiang Mai * They have cute and happy family trip moment together * Nut reunited with Tarn (as in met him again after long time), and it's the end of the episode. Ep 11, we're learning more about Nut and Tarn, how Nut obtained Tofu (bear), how they broke up, and deeper into Na's memory and hopefully Nut and Na's issue resolved once and for all (not fully yet in this ep).
Grab your tissues, not for the thirst scenes mind you. This is heaviest episode so far, I cried more than watching other ep. My summary below doesn't do this episode any justice, you need to watch it yourself.
As usual live reaction/spoiler below: * Scene continues just right after Nut's birthday kiss. Nut walked home happily with Tarn holding hands. Na was waiting for Nut at the gate and getting curious about Tarn. * Another (repeated, with more elaboration) flashback of Nut and Tarn just watching movie, Sib found out, and dragged Nut home, aggressively * Graduation day flashback, Tarn's leaving in 2 months to Chiang Mai, Nut & Tarn had matching armband(?) with heart inside. They're about to kiss and the school principal found out, and told Sib & Na * Sib, Nut, Na walking home, and Tarn met them. Sib almost hit Tarn but was stopped. Sib forced Nut to broke up with Tarn. * Tarn messaged Nut to meet somewhere for the last time, and Tarn gave Nut Tofu (bear) asked him to keep it and hugged it (another tearjerker scene for me). Nut thanked Tarn. They hugged and almost kissed for one last time, but Sib found out and Nut was hit and dragged home by Sib. * Sib hit Nut and kicked Na, while Na helplessly tried to protect Nut, Nut tried to hit Sib back, but stopped by Na, and Sib managed to land one hit on Nut, and this is where the repeated flashback happened, Nut ran to lock his room and Sib tried to knock/ram the door repeatedly, while shouting. Na just helplessly crying throughout. This is the day Tofu wake up, and high likely that Neung still alive at this point of time. * Na asked Nut to have dinner, and to listen to Sib, to take military exam, etc, but Nut rejected. He said that he already transferred school, he broke up with Tarn, and he didn't feel like he have a life by keep being forced to do what Sib wanted. * Some day passed, Sib agreed that Nut not required to take military path, but he took communication path while Sib still preferred engineering path. Another verbal fight between Nut and Sib. Na slapped Nut while she's crying at the same time Sib almost raised his hand to hit him, when Nut accidentally said that he's not their son. I think this is the trigger point where their relationship broke up. Both past Nut and present Nut crying... Tofu is teary too (and of course myself cried haha). I cried a lot. It's revealed that from Nut's perspective, Na betrayed Nut, as Na, his most beloved person, failed to protect him from Sib. * Present Na approached, overheard emotional Nut. OMG, Job really did a good job with the crying scene. * Nut's back in his room on his bed, still crying. Tofu tried to comfort him with his wise words. Tofu rationalised that Nut's behaviour is because that he afraid of losing people if he start loving people, I tried to convey the same vein throughout my posts so far, but Nut haters will still be haters lol. * Tofu realized that he was hugged as teddy bear so far because that he was present from Tarn, not because that Nut like the bear. Tofu started to be more jealous of Tarn. * Tofu updated Song and Gen about the situation through facetime. Finally the day ended, longest day ever in the series, spanned more than 1 episode. * SonGen moment. Song was on his knee... fixing his shoelace lol. * Seems like Gen met his ex * Tofu helped Nut to get dressed up, and Nut hold Tofu's hands while going down through the stairs * Na's not anywhere to be found. Tofu tried to shake mr rockchair but seemed that he went for deep sleep. They found note that Na went hospital. * Nut and Tofu went hospital to fetch Na, and found her almost hit by a motorbike (and there's no remorse from the biker? not even stopped and apologize? lol) , and Nut saved her just on time. Na asking whether Nut got hurt. This somehow parallel what happen in the past, where Na tried to save small Nut and got her arm injured. Small Nut put bandage on Na's wound, while in the present the nurse did the wound dressing of Nut's injured arm. * Juea called Nut to office. Prib wanted to ask Nut questions but Juea shush Prib as he had some urgency. Juea explained that the scene that Nut's based of Na's slapping him happened to protect Nut, and trying to explain the reason to him. * Na asked Tofu to read mr notebook to her to know what Nut's feel about her, there's flashback when they moved house, the day when Nut gave her first smartphone to replace her nokia, another flashback with small Kuenchai, * Nut and Na went for strolling at the park and they have another flashback when working Nut went (old) home late, and another flashback when they arrived at the (new) home for the first time. * ...and Nut somehow was behind them all along listening.
Tomorrow we'll be getting the shopping scene with Na, and finally the whole gang went to Chiang Mai to visit Tarn, reuniting Nut and Tarn for the first time in forever

Current police investigation shown that Tarn was attacked after 7pm, but they're also having idea that Tarn was attacked at his house instead and moved somewhere else. Saen's car was spotted following him but got some accident with motorbike.
23 July At dawn, Tarn was rescued. At 8.55am, Tofu turned human; presumably the same time when Tarn was defibrillated. [date/time is shown in ep 1]

Grab your tissues, not for the thirst scenes mind you. This is heaviest episode so far, I cried more than watching other ep. My summary below doesn't do this episode any justice, you need to watch it yourself.
As usual live reaction/spoiler below:
* Scene continues just right after Nut's birthday kiss. Nut walked home happily with Tarn holding hands. Na was waiting for Nut at the gate and getting curious about Tarn.
* Another (repeated, with more elaboration) flashback of Nut and Tarn just watching movie, Sib found out, and dragged Nut home, aggressively
* Graduation day flashback, Tarn's leaving in 2 months to Chiang Mai, Nut & Tarn had matching armband(?) with heart inside. They're about to kiss and the school principal found out, and told Sib & Na
* Sib, Nut, Na walking home, and Tarn met them. Sib almost hit Tarn but was stopped. Sib forced Nut to broke up with Tarn.
* Tarn messaged Nut to meet somewhere for the last time, and Tarn gave Nut Tofu (bear) asked him to keep it and hugged it (another tearjerker scene for me). Nut thanked Tarn. They hugged and almost kissed for one last time, but Sib found out and Nut was hit and dragged home by Sib.
* Sib hit Nut and kicked Na, while Na helplessly tried to protect Nut, Nut tried to hit Sib back, but stopped by Na, and Sib managed to land one hit on Nut, and this is where the repeated flashback happened, Nut ran to lock his room and Sib tried to knock/ram the door repeatedly, while shouting. Na just helplessly crying throughout. This is the day Tofu wake up, and high likely that Neung still alive at this point of time.
* Na asked Nut to have dinner, and to listen to Sib, to take military exam, etc, but Nut rejected. He said that he already transferred school, he broke up with Tarn, and he didn't feel like he have a life by keep being forced to do what Sib wanted.
* Some day passed, Sib agreed that Nut not required to take military path, but he took communication path while Sib still preferred engineering path. Another verbal fight between Nut and Sib. Na slapped Nut while she's crying at the same time Sib almost raised his hand to hit him, when Nut accidentally said that he's not their son. I think this is the trigger point where their relationship broke up. Both past Nut and present Nut crying... Tofu is teary too (and of course myself cried haha). I cried a lot. It's revealed that from Nut's perspective, Na betrayed Nut, as Na, his most beloved person, failed to protect him from Sib.
* Present Na approached, overheard emotional Nut. OMG, Job really did a good job with the crying scene.
* Nut's back in his room on his bed, still crying. Tofu tried to comfort him with his wise words. Tofu rationalised that Nut's behaviour is because that he afraid of losing people if he start loving people, I tried to convey the same vein throughout my posts so far, but Nut haters will still be haters lol.
* Tofu realized that he was hugged as teddy bear so far because that he was present from Tarn, not because that Nut like the bear. Tofu started to be more jealous of Tarn.
* Tofu updated Song and Gen about the situation through facetime. Finally the day ended, longest day ever in the series, spanned more than 1 episode.
* SonGen moment. Song was on his knee... fixing his shoelace lol.
* Seems like Gen met his ex
* Tofu helped Nut to get dressed up, and Nut hold Tofu's hands while going down through the stairs
* Na's not anywhere to be found. Tofu tried to shake mr rockchair but seemed that he went for deep sleep. They found note that Na went hospital.
* Nut and Tofu went hospital to fetch Na, and found her almost hit by a motorbike (and there's no remorse from the biker? not even stopped and apologize? lol) , and Nut saved her just on time. Na asking whether Nut got hurt. This somehow parallel what happen in the past, where Na tried to save small Nut and got her arm injured. Small Nut put bandage on Na's wound, while in the present the nurse did the wound dressing of Nut's injured arm.
* Juea called Nut to office. Prib wanted to ask Nut questions but Juea shush Prib as he had some urgency. Juea explained that the scene that Nut's based of Na's slapping him happened to protect Nut, and trying to explain the reason to him.
* Na asked Tofu to read mr notebook to her to know what Nut's feel about her, there's flashback when they moved house, the day when Nut gave her first smartphone to replace her nokia, another flashback with small Kuenchai,
* Nut and Na went for strolling at the park and they have another flashback when working Nut went (old) home late, and another flashback when they arrived at the (new) home for the first time.
* ...and Nut somehow was behind them all along listening.
Tomorrow we'll be getting the shopping scene with Na, and finally the whole gang went to Chiang Mai to visit Tarn, reuniting Nut and Tarn for the first time in forever
