I'm really curious as to how this show is going to end. A lot of people are saying that because Tofu is Tathan…
We still don't know the exact reason why Nut and Tarn broke up in the first place, and why they never rekindle. It's also worth noting that Tofu was a gift from Tarn, and has a dear place by Nut's side. Nut also mentioned that he won't be able nor try to forget Tarn.
I mean there are still missing pieces. If I broke up with someone (esp due to bad reason), I would like to forget that person, and move on. And perhaps wouldn't cling to any gift so dearly.
So it's possible that they break up, not because they want to but because they had to, and with the theory of Tofu becoming bear and Tharn wakes up, it opens up the possibility for them to rekindle, especially if the reason they broke up in the first place is no longer there. Btw I don't ship this relationship, but just trying to make sense out of this possible theory.
OMG, I cried when tofu left.Hm, well i feel sorry for nut life, but when comes to violence and hitting someone…
I cried throughout ep 7, worth it coz they kinda get back in the end of the episode * When Tofu chased the car * When Nut drove somewhere after he deserted Tofu. Idk whether people relate to his pain at this point, because I did * When Nut and Tofu fought again, and Tofu left * When Nut reads Tofu letter, and Tofu watched the TV * When Nut tried to peek Song's house all the way until the speech in the middle of somewhere, and when they're back at home
I’m actually loving the plot and the acting but this guy Nut is so toxic and troubled, I mean the rapid shift…
It's really a showcase of Job's (and also the writers/directors) skill, see how much it affect the viewer's emotion, really brought me into an emotion roller coaster ride
I’m still in awe some people are actually defending Nut’s behavior! I get the part that he has a troubled…
As what Hanis said, and I also brought up that from the other side of coin (e.g. Nut's perspective), Tofu is a questionable character as well. What would you do if a stranger in your house keep sleeping naked next to you multiple times (and the list of shady actions goes on)?
Tofu also could relate to Nut that it's not only Nut hurting his mom, that his mom hurt Nut as well (through her sickness). Nut was also in deep pain when he need to "disown" Tofu. I think that Nut's not the character that into violent as well (he didn't punch Jan despite he seemed to want to), and his violence towards Tofu is something that he couldn't control and regret. Comparing this behavior against the other people who are really into violent makes Nut the lesser evil.
Perhaps what I wanted to say is, yeah whatever violence that Nut doing is not ok, but I don't think he deserve the current "condemnation"/hatred that he's receiving at the moment from some of the viewers. It's not to condone his action, but perhaps hate him less ;)
Is this really gonna be 16 episodes long? Will there be anything left of Tofu near the end? He seems to get punched…
I'm scared, based on how the writer "played" with our emotion so far, towards the end Tofu will revert back as Teddy bear, and we'll be having flashback about Nut & Tofu's happy moments together, which will bring tear to our eyes :(
Not this going from a 8.1 to 7.9 after people turned on Nut for his toxic behavior lol...
Nut is very well aware of his anger management, hence his special speech in the end of ep 7, and he acknowledged that he need (Tofu's) help for it and to be patient with him. Some people don't even aware/accept that they're abusive.
Am I the only one getting vibes that Nuts dad was abusive? Also, I really feel bad for Nut. He is clearly struggling…
The way I see it, Nut's sudden anger behavior after the kiss is because of 2 things 1. Past traumatic event with his ex, and his other tragedy in the past 2. His suspicion against Tofu. No matter what, Tofu is still a stranger, with questionable background and history trying to live at his house.
We as viewer have clear picture that Tofu is not a bad guy. But Nut on the other hand, logically, need to have suspicion, but of course, his suspicion has grown unreasonable, exaggerated lakorn style. And thankfully we have Gen that tone down his suspicion.
Hi! Can someone please help. I'm confused. 1) was Nut in a closeted relationship? How long were they together?…
1. Tarn was Nut's first boyfriend, at this point of time it's not revealed yet how long they're together. But according to Gen, Nut is not in closeted relationship (he doesn't announce publicly but not hiding from it) 2. Tarn is the comatose guy. Nut doesn't have any idea about Tarn since they already broke up 3. Sean is visiting his wife's nephew (Tarn) coz Tarn has something to do with the protest against Sean's company. He's kinda in the middle of the 2 forces that want Tarn's death (the company and his wife)
I'm still confused about the mother's storyline, so she actually loves the living twin father right? That's why…
Mother (Na), married to Sibmuen (the twin that died), neighbor (Jan) married to Sean (the other twin). Initially Na fall in love with Sean, but married Sib instead. Tarn is Jan's nephew, so it's kinda Nut's cousin through marriage.
Geezzz Nut and Tofu’s relationship is starting to look like more of a display of the vicious cycle of abuse,…
lol no slippers were harmed during filming. I think they'll eventually reunite the slippers, they've been included in some plots to move the story forward.
Some or most people think that Nut is "abusive"/violent to Tofu and it's unBEARable. While I can't wholeheartedly disagree, I think that from Nut's perspective, Tofu is still a stranger, what would you do if a stranger with multiple questionable stuff suddenly came into your house/life? With Nut's trust issue, past trauma, added with Tofu illogical explanation that he's the teddy bear, that's easily dismissed as a lie, I still can relate to his behavior. At least I don't see Nut's anger/violent issue towards other people, e.g. in his office, etc. He didn't punch Jan even though I know he really want to lol.
From ep 7 I can still see Nut's pain after he tried to disown Tofu. "Why did you have to lie". So, despite the happiness that Tofu brought, "lie" is some traumatic trigger to Nut, which made him believe that Tofu was sent to him to recreate his happiest memory just to shatter his happiness in the end. I did have the similar thought for my personal life in the past too. And I'm very happy that Nut decided to ignore/persevere the pain, and try to proceed pursuing happiness with Tofu in the end. Thanks to Gen as well so that he can make this decision. "What is grief, if not love persevering", I think in the past Nut chose to build the wall to protect his heart from grief and forgone love/happiness. This wall gets subconsciously auto-repaired whenever someone try to get close to Nut.
Another thing about Tofu, he was given to Nut by Tarn when they broke up due to Sib (based on some clips that I watched), he turned into human when Tarn was in comatose, but don't forget that he "woke" up at some point in the past and have his own memory/personality similar to other furniture/stuff in the house. He might have some of Tarn's memory/skill such as the basketball, etc, and his feeling towards Nut may get mixed with Tarn's, but I think mostly is his inner bear.
Not too sure whether this happen in real life or I got mixed up. For some transplant cases, I heard that some people also tend to have this "muscle memory" of their transplanted thing. So let's say Tarn's consciousness is transplanted to Tofu, he might be unknowingly able to do some things similar that Tarn did, but not all. After all he was just a teddy bear, he shouldn't have known how to walk, how to jump, how to eat, how to write, how to read etc. Haha but in the end this is just fantasy, and it's up to the writer how to decide the plot/rule of the world going forward, we'll just need to wait and see, and enjoy it.

Based on the clips that I watched, Tarn & Nut broke up because of Sib, so perhaps these (including how Sib died) will be revealed more in future eps.
