Honestly I just find this baffling, they both know that they like each other - JH knows that SH wanted to propose properly to her so why is it so complicated?
One of the things I liked most about this drama is that they actually communicated with each other. For example, when SH was having doubts of whether to ask JH to sleep with him because of what his ex had said but in the end, he still went for it as compared to a cliche kdrama where the main lead would quietly walk away thinking about 'what could have been'. Not happy that they've decided to change the dynamics of the main leads where they BOTH decide not to talk about their feelings or thoughts at all.
