I particularly love how LYS always supports XG in the work/office/meeting environment by letting her take the lead in the project and run with it. He simply stays beside her and let her presents her ideas and thoughts to senior people and business partners because he knows she can do.
ep 30, so satisfying to watch how XiGuang gave it to Zhuang Xu straight in the face. There is NO MORE misunderstanding of any kind from now on between this pair.

His mother is a Sheng, but once she's married, she "married OUT" of the Sheng family "INTO" the Lin family. Chinese culture has a term to describe a grandchild ==> "Internal" and "external" grandchild. Internal means someone with the same last name as the male side (Grandfather Sheng, in this case). Lin Yu Sen is an external grandchild, so traditionally, he's considered an outsider and doesn't have inheritance rights to the Sheng's wealth/ancestral home/land, etc.
I truly pitied FL's dad's other woman's daughter.
