What i can't get over when comments say he's already in love with her is he doesn't know sign language. i can…
I agree with you about the frustrating trend of romanticizing jerks, but I have a different interpretation of the drama so far, which is why I’m liking it in a slightly different way than most people in the comments. The way I see it, neither of them had feelings for the other at the start. They didn’t trust or acknowledge each other, and honestly, neither was particularly warm or kind—he was cold, but so was she in her own way. It felt more like two strangers in an arranged marriage who are slowly being brought together by recent events.
I’m not bothered by his coldness in that context because it didn’t feel like he was cruel to someone who cared about him. It’s only now that they’re starting to develop feelings, and that progression makes sense to me.
What does bother me, though, is people claiming he’s “always loved her.” If that’s the case, it makes his behavior in the past way worse because then it feels like they’re trying to justify mistreatment by framing it as love. That’s a trope I hate.
So far, I like the drama because If I thought he’d always been in love with her, I’d probably be a lot more frustrated, too. Maybe I’m doing some mental gymnastics because this is the best drama to come out in a while, but I hope the story stays on track with my interpretation!

I can wrap my head around him caring about her as another human being because it's showed that he saved her from marriage to another jerk (a bigger jerk) maybe out of pity or because he relates, but i can't understand him having feelings for her beyond pity if he doesn't learn how to communicate. personally forget family if i had a roommate that couldn't speak it wouldn't take me more then a week to start learning sign language.
ML is an unrelenting ass. I think I'll wait until this drama completes before I decide whether to pick it back…
What i can't get over when comments say he's already in love with her is he doesn't know sign language. i can believe he will start to fall for her but i can't believe he already loves her if he never bothered to learn how to communicate with her. So the way i saw it was just "I don't care about so i will treat you like sh!t but that will change later on when i develop feelings " but the drama seems to be going in the direction of "I'm in love with you, that's why I treat you like sh!t"
https://skamenglishsubs.tumblr.com/ this is for the original series the Norwegian version which is the best. each season has a different ML and deals with some social issue. the BL couple is in season 3
everyone is entitled to their opinions and people have different tastes but to take the time and go to the page of a drama you hate and then comment negatively on pretty much all the comments when it's uncalled for means you need help and next time be careful the words you write you have no idea who's on the other end and "then die" is not something you write down lightly.
Does anyone know the ML or the name of the series ?
