i've been wondering how realistic is this drama... do people really depend on weather to this extent? do citizens check on daily weather news so often and call to scream at the forecasting stations if things aren't the way they announced? i mean i never watch the tv forecast and even if i do, it is usually wrong and no one here really cares about it.
