the acting was really good but scenes were kinda repetitive... always ended up back in the same spot going against the same guy... still interesting parts tho
the drama is definitely unpredictable but i thought it was a little slow-placed, especially after bingeing on Live and Prison Playbook. i really liked the minimal romance, really helped focus on the important shit
8.5 but I feel like they should've focused just a litttttttttle more on humanising the prisoners... I feel like that gets me emotionally confused and appreciative lol
I actually really liked it! Once you open your mind to the script, it's kinda like a drama with many ad-libs!!! Actually pretty fun... also my comment before this are some jokes in the show that were not explained on Netflix
1) Kangnam introduced himself as 'Kangbuk' 'Nam' means 'South' in Korean, so as an alias he called himself 'Buk', which means 'North' ... so Kangnorth instead of Kangsouth xD I thought it was funny
2) When Lee Changmin came on the show, he ended his screen time by saying "밥만 잘 먹더라" (all I did was ate) As part of Homme, they released a song with that same name.... it was funny because his character was one who did mukbangs... and that's all he did..
3) Fibonacci Sequence When solving the paintings, the 'genius team' explained their solution. But Fibonacci in Korean is pronounced 'pibonachi' which sounds like 피곤하지 (pigonhaji - (are you) tired?).... so gwangsoo was like... what??? what do you mean tired..... it's funny....... maybe just me... but it was funny
There was one more.. but I forgot.. maybe I'll update it when I remember
this drama is amazing!!! the actors are so well picked and good at their job!!! also there’s so many references to real life context it realllllly makes me feel like these people actually exist somewhere out there in the korea
you held on for so long. thank you for trying so hard. thank you for being my first love and the reason my life has changed so much. rest in peace, Jonghyun.
I have a really important question.... Does It get better? Cause It feels kinda bad to drop something at the first…
yeah slightly... I mean the female lead's character stops being AS annoying... and the male lead is really relatable for me... in general the story does develop a bit but it is not AMAZINGGGGG c: it's good!
