ML has a childhood friend, Su Tian. When they were little, the ML have to moved abroad to get a heart surgery, they promised to meet when they grow up at the tree near their orphanage. 15 years later, during their college year, ML went back to the tress to meet Su Tian, however the person went to tree was not Su Tian but Min Hui (FL). Su Tian died but it haven't been revealed yet, why she died (all it shows was Su Tian on the ground, laying and bleeding with Min Hui by her side) FL was a close friend to Su Tian. FL went to the trees to meet ML to give him Su Tian's diary that she asked FL to pass to ML. However ML thought FL was Su Tian and kept following her asking why did she avoid him. At first the FL did told him that she was not Su Tian and that her name is Min Hui, but he didn't believed it. As she ran away, he chased her and fell to the ground due to his heart disease. After he was conscious FL was beside him. He asked 'Did your foster parents changed your name to Min Hui?' Again FL tried to explained but he cuts her word off. And I guess since then, she just fell for him. They dated each other (not sure how long, but it's pretty long) and all. After he found out the truth, they broke up, he went abroad and left her. She was pregnant but doesn't know that until after 3 months they broke up. So yess, the child is his son. The present year shows that they've broken up for 5 years

An Yue mother plan it all, from Xu Xi accident to switching the twins. If you noticed in eps 1, when An Yue is in the water, her head hit the rock. I'm guessing that is why she lost her memories. Her mother intentions for switching them are yet to be known but Xu Xi in currently in a coma and An Yue mother is taking care of her. She (Xu Xi) will appear later in the episode
