I think they only said that she might have a different face to make the grandma and the whole village that she is really the grand daughter ? they reconstructed her face but she still looks the same but the grandma wouldn't know that

its called a Good Supper , it was a really wholesome drama then most characters turned toxic and the worst of all the romance line between a guy who raised an orphaned girl since she was 8 y.o .... yeah she never called him dad but he was her father figure and he was already an adult when she came to live with him ... so disgusting

well I also don't see the point of adding romance when the drama clearly doesn't need it .. all the characters are too occupied to focus on that kind of feelings anyway

yes they do follow public sentiment sometimes since a lot of episodes are shot while the drama is airing ... a lot of dramas with good plots got ruined cause of it too
