I was watching 3 ongoing dramas but this one is the most fun one. made me wonder if I just like daily soaps haha imo hometown and this one are too different. the only reason everyone's comparing these two is the countryside setting
I have a love hate relationship with this drama. the characters are really good. casting was perfect. there are funny moments and times when I cried. but the worst thing was the atoryline of sang do. who the hell waits for a girl for 20+ year who also happens to be in love with one of your bestfriends? they just made sang do pathetic, his scenes were had to watch. also samdal not doing anything about the scandal and staying here for so long is a little unrealistic. just an excuse to bring them all in jeju. the first half, they spent a lot of time dragging samdal and yong pil's story which they could've used for the sister's stories which are btw super fun and most people here agree. now only 2eps are left and they have to wrap up the sister's storylines AND the assistant one. wanted to see more of the sisters TT anyways just wanted to rant a bit lol

ik I'm late and I didn't start watching this hoping for any romance but damn HIS EYES the way he looks at her brooo their chemistry is what many romcom leads don't have. just 15minutes of them being together would've worked I'm never gonna reover from this
