I have not even watched season 2 I just finished season 1 let me be honest about the drama I hope u guys won't…
the vigilant justice as a solution is on purpose. almost all of the cases are based on real life cases in south korea. in season 2 they show the burning sun kpop case as well. and none of these cases were handled properly with the justice system even with reforms and petitions and public support; justice is really hard to give to victims in a society like skorea where the system is rigged from the ground. so taxi driver kinda tries to create an alternate where what if the victims take control of their own justice and truly get it? i think that's why the show became soooo popular in south korea especially. it gives the satisfaction that reality has not.
but esom isn't in season 2! and season 2 is much more lighter and funnier than season 1 so maybe you'll enjoy it more :)
i just hope that moon chae won/the military plot is explained in this season. so far i don't see any sign of it though which would suck cause it was a really interesting ending in s2
Muslims always get offended istg. You never see christians jews hindus etc. acting like such rabid lunatics over fiction when kdramas have made fun of all religions for ages. take a chill pill it's a ROMANTIC COMEDY FANTASY drama dear god
I have no idea how any of the romantic relationships will end up but I will say it seems like Jaepil likes Jonghee…
interestingly the trailers totally pushed YR and JP as the main couple with "romantic" scenes of the two; there was not even a hint of JP and JH so yeah i really don't know how it'll go!
people still arguing about whether the romance will happen meanwhile hyo min is sniffing his handkerchief and blushing. move on and accept it or drop the drama y'all lmao
episode 3 was even better. i like that both ML and FL have their own personal traumas with their ex-wife and mother and they make mistakes but own up to them/are mature. the coffee/drinking scenes at the ends of the episodes are really nice also. FL def has developed a slight crush as well in this episode :)
