So excited for this one! I'm more into Chinese historical dramas thanks to Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms! I binged watched that series in less than a week...
But still have to wait for Heavy Sweetness, Legend of Fuyao and Eternal Love Season 2.
To be fair she was the correct age in Let's Fight Ghost. She was a high schooler when she was put in a coma. And…
Originally, her character was suppose to be her age because of it was suppose to be a high school setting. But due to Kim So Hyun being deceived, they changed it to college and gave her an older character. Her character was older than the male lead (23). As a ghost she was 19 but revealing the coma she was in for 5 years, she was around 25. Maybe 24. Kim So Hyun was 16-17 during that. Taceyeon is 9-10 years older than her.
But that's not really the point though. She's needs to be given roles where it feels age appropriate. She's 18 now and will be 19 this year. It would nice to see her go back to the college setting since she is now old enough for that. And male leads who are around her age.
I don't know about this one yet. I love Kim So Hyun but why is it that since Let's Fight Ghost, they keep giving her characters that are older than her? LFG she was what? 19 to 25? Ruler after the time skip, 21 to 23 I think? Now she's playing a 26 year old? She doesn't even look close to that age. She's 18! I know she is growing up but please give her a character that is around her age which hasn't happened since School 2015!
And once again, just like LFG, her male lead is ten years older than her...
Now that it is finally over, who was your favorite character in the series? For me, I say Baek Hee, she was the more interesting one and did all she could to help the leads get their happy ending. She even tried not to give up on Sharon but at some point, it was too tiring and you really couldn't blame Baek Hee for giving up on her. To me, Baek Hee was really the heroine in this show. She wanted to fix everything and make everyone happy, she redeemed herself.
I remember watching this show two years ago and have not watched it again since then... Never has a show made cry so much and the emotions that were running right through me. Oh my goodness....
I'm done with Sharon at this point... Baek Hee has redeem herself and atoned for her sins but Sharon can't do the same? Really? Sharon is beyond delusional, I'm tired of it.
Okay, I admit that this was more of a tougher poll than last year but... as much as I loved Goblin especially the bromance (congrats for that and to Yoo In Na), Chicago Typewriter did not win one award? Seriously? Congrats to Weightlifting Fairy and SWDBS. No Defendant, School 2017, Fight For My Way, Save Me...
This is ridiculous, couldn't they choose Moon Ga Young for the MC, and Joy for the supporting role?
I have a little mixed feelings about it too but I can understand to why they went for Joy due to the character. Regardless, I'm still excited and maybe Joy could pull this off. We'll see!
