With how old this show is and how long ago it was subtitled in english you'd have to torrent it or rip the episodes from SBS' website and use subscene's subtitles allvod.sbs.co.kr/allvod/vodEndPage.do?mdaId=22000017998 if you're using the second option the subtitles accomodate for the opening titles and previews a lot but they can still work

Episode 20 has just been made available! I didn't know there were Indonesian subs (not that I know the language), I thought there were only Chinese and Japanese subs + Thai and Vietnamese dubs - thank you for letting me know~
