I agree! I've gotten the same impression, I see it as we are supposed to feel uncomfortable by how Jae Hee is treated by her husband (basically scum of the earth) to understand her character and the struggles she's had that led her to so desperately use the perfume. I'm hoping that the writers make the story focus on Jae Hee loving her "true" self without the perfume, reconciling with her daughter and MAYBE even have Seo Yi Do fall in love with Jae Hee (not Ye Rin). I love Go Won Hee but I think it would be an interesting twist however it is a K-Drama so I don't have my expectations too high on the last part lol

I also want to say that Veronica and Gal Hee's relationship is so precious and that scene where they were excited for each other in the hospital was so awesome!

gahhh the scene where he realizes Gal Hee is VP killed me.. at first I was thinking, "Just tell him you have always loved him" but she went with "Well, it was fun. and that steak tho..." and that set him off big time, and I don't blame him at all since he fully believes that she used his disorder against him. I understand why she could only apologize once he was angry, I just hate seeing Gal Hee upset. Next week can't come soon enough

I don't know if you've seen 15 & 16 yet but I am having the same problem as you hahah it's killing me to not know and either the writers are geniuses and have done a great job of concealing it or Min Ik is just super naive and oblivious to everything xD

Does anyone else think that Min Ik 100% knows Veronica Park is Gal Hee? After the latest episodes where he takes her to his office and the sauna I'm finding it hard to believe he doesn't know. I think he knew before the rain scene and he keeps saying he "can't see her" but I think he's referring to his desire to see Gal Hee but can't. I really hope this is the case because if not, he is sooooo oblivious!!!

I cannot believe this casting, I am super stoked for LMH to be back and to have Go Eun as female lead? Literally don't care what it's about, totally watching! <3

I guess it depends on what you are looking for, but I have to say that this drama has some truly realistic emotions and experiences, and it's a drama that has been under the radar but it's definitely worth the watch if you like comedy and romance.

I absolutely loved this anime and had no idea that they were making a live action drama!! I just watched the first 3 episodes and I am already hooked, it's so cute and refreshing. I love Kuranosuke and Tsukimi so much~ Has anyone heard how many episodes this will be? I just want to know if it's going to end roughly where the anime did or if they will cover some of the manga. So exciting!

I think they are a combination of rehashing but also a lot of behind the scenes footage and interviews with the cast on set. I definitely wouldn't watch them unless you're caught up.

Just watched the first 2 episodes and it's interesting so far. I think Lee Seung Gi and Oh Yeon Seo have good chemistry. I'm happy that the production is continuing.

Right, it does sound like Sung Min and that's why I originally thought it was Ji Won's daughter but then that description was given so I wasn't sure anymore. Either way, I hope they make a season 3 cause I'm already starting to miss it and I haven't even watched the last episode lol.

So I haven't watched episode 14 yet but after seeing the epilogue in episode 13, does anyone else think the child with the "long legs" who likes pink is General Jo's daughter? Everyone else is saying it's Ji Won and Sung Min's but I think they pointed out the fact that she has long legs and looks feminine because General Jo used to be like that when she was little. Thoughts?

I wanted to wait until this drama was completed before watching it because I could tell after the first 2 episodes it was going to be very intense. I'm so glad there are many positive comments about the ending, that makes me feel more inclined to binge watch it! Thank you all.

Yes, it is definitely still worth a watch. The second season may have a different Eun Jae, but the feel and artistic edge is still there. It's also still hilarious, and the new characters add a lot to the original character's stories. The downside is that it's hard to find subtitles. I agree with you that she should not have kept the letters from Pil but I want to point out that Seok Tae intentionally hid letters simply because he "hates" Pil, whereas Jin Sook did it because she wanted some shred of control over the one-sided love she has for Pil. I don't think Jin Sook is a bad person, I think she really does care about both Pil and Soo Jin but it's hard for her to watch the cyclical rollercoaster ride they are always on. On another note, I am not entirely sure what the deal is with the fiance, I have a suspicion that maybe he is also experiencing the manhole with Pil and that's why he always shows up.

If the writers actually continue with the story that Bong Pil is destined to end up with his best friend Jin Sook this will literally be the best kdrama of all time. I love how they are slowly shifting the story in that direction and not following the typical "formula" where the male lead always ends up with the female lead. The preview for episode 10 looks so good, I can't wait for tomorrow!
