First: Can someone please help tell me which of his dramas are dubbed and which are not (other than "She and Her…
A general rule of thumb when it comes to Chinese dramas and dubbing is if it's a historical or fantasy drama then it's most likely dubbed (unless it's any of Esther Yu/Yu Shuxin's dramas from what I recall excluding Amazing Boyfriend 2), but if it's modern/office it may or may not be dubbed.
I did notice there was a bit of an accent with the dubbing in this, but nothing major and you can easily not notice it.
It was fine for me for the most part, but that last episode really brought out the meh-ness of this drama, but…
Why were they acting like one of them actually got shot somewhere vital and acting all romantic and giving their last words in the middle of Luo Shao Chuan and Jin Qi Ming fighting? Si Tu Yan's sudden change in demeanor was awkward to me and that entire bit was just wth...
There're two special episodes that are the real continuation of the 59th episode ( I don't know why Youku makes…
Yes, I know, but that still doesn't change the fact that the official last episode was abrupt. The 2 special episodes didn't clarify or mention how Ying Yuan came back to life either. The first one was nearly silent for Yan Dan's rebirth/reincarnation/revival and the last few main episodes barely had the Mountain Realm characters that I was surprised to find them in the special episode, which I'm glad they were included and are doing well following the events and also love the addition of Gou Dan which was foreshadowed early on in the series, but it still left a very..."H-huh? What just happened?" feeling.
6 episodes in and I still don't understand the drama with the director. I mean if he is so bent into shutting…
To answer your question (not sure if it counts as spoiler, but be warned): They mentioned it in the beginning episodes that Dreams has a lot of local fans/is reliant on their local fanbase to a large extent to some degree. I think someone said something about how 50% of Jaesong Group's (parent company of Dreams) restaurant chains/businesses of some sort or something was in the area that Dreams is based in so if they were to disband the team they would lose nearly half of their revenue/sales and in the later half of the drama where the parent company's chairman (uncle of the acting club owner/CEO) mentioned how they are a consumer based industry and public opinion is very important to their revenue and profits.
does anyone know why queen (of) baili's maid/servant is not seen? i've only ever seen her hands or the sleeves of her outfit but never seen her even though she has lines.
To whoever watched epi 31, could you tell me, please! How did Si Teng manage to live in the end? Who gave her…
I was a bit confused about how she managed to live too, but I think it might've been Qin Fang giving her his power, but he managed to live and she made the place in Mt. Cangheng or wherever to be like a "fairyland" of some sort where they can live/survive without aging too much OR she was just able to separate herself from Xi Xi and re-mutate in a different way with the help of Kong Qing Hua (Xi Xi's first adoptive mom, the bamboo Yi-person/alien since she helped Qing Hua and Yi Ru's relationship, the real/original Xi Zhu with the injured leg) and I believe Xi Xi is actually Bai Ying and not Si Teng because her face changed when she entered the place to meet Si Teng and Si Teng said something about the difficulties she (Xi Xi-Bai Ying) experienced before.
I know some kind of power struggle (like strongest ,weakest is there in schools)But is bullying that severe in…
a bit late, but I would like to add that while it may not happen where u live it is most definitely safe to assume that it is very severe there was a case of girls bullying in busan or somewhere in south korea that was posted about on in allkpop/koreaboo/soompi awhile ago the reason why celebrities (idols and actors/actresses) get severely cancelled when they are exposed for bullying (e.g., Kim Ji Soo) is enough to say about the severity, however, not everyone that is exposed for bullying may be a bully or if the case spoken about is actually bullying (there was some article about an idol being exposed for being a bully, but apparently it was only a fight when they were kids, however, i didn't read up on it so idk if it's true or not)
His martial arts are legions better than her, he’s infinitely smarter than her...which isn’t saying much considering…
The FL becomes stronger and "smarter", her purpose is revealed later on and she becomes less impulsive overall, but still think they didn't develop her character all that well.
