Poor Sophie.. She's getting mentally abused by her mom n honestly it hit me because I've been there before with my dad.. I know how it's like to get manipulated, mentally abused and feel like you're trapped basically ur whole life.. In a way I'm glad they're showing this. Sophie's guilt, Her feelings: 'I don't want to live my life feeling like I hate my mom', 'I feel like the only way out for me is to be reborn. Or for one of us to die.', mom's crazy and 'strange' behavior of hurting herself so things go her way, it all felt too personal. I just want Sophie to realize her life is hers. Everyone has only one life to live, which is theirs, not their kids' or their parents'.
