exactly! it's not doing a good job with the main ship at all. i haven't watched ep 8 yet but judging from the preview, more drama is added to the flames. i'm afraid it might be too late, and then they try to shove everything down our throats in the last 2-3 chapters.
sigh.. i really don't know how to feel about this drama. on one hand, i really enjoy the acting and the cast. i think they do a really good job in their roles. all the scenes with oh ga na (heo jung min) is hilarious and i really look forward to it. i also love lee jong-hyun's acting and kim so eun (especially kim so eun)... but this drama does a very poor job convincing me of the love story. i feel like the writers spend too much time kissing up to second male lead (I don't like him, he's way, WAY too pushy) and literally not enough time convincing us the love story between yoo ri and oh soo. honestly, the love triangle is sooo unnecessary. like WHY???? stop spending time on the love triangle and start explaining the tree please.
i'll continue watching it since i really love kim so eun as well as lee jong-hyun being really adorable. but i seriously hope it gets better... its already episode 7 and nothing from oh soo's side has really been explained. also too much of love triangle. like just stop. super unnecessary.
i love the brothers' interactions... it's hilarious and carefree. i hope it stays that way! also i love kim so eun's character haha. but not a fan of the second male lead...
i really really love this show. It had all elements of a coming of age story, with family, growing up, dreams, and friendship. I believe that the characters were all very likable. Even the ex-gf who gave the main character a bit of a hard time at the beginning redeemed herself in the end. I feel like this drama did a really good job at wrapping up loose ends. I feel like there was great closure but i wish there was more... the chemistry between the lee sung kyung and nam joo hyuk is AMAZING. i am utterly convinced that they are in love. the character portrayed by nam joo hyuk is the kind of imperfect guy you want to meet in real life, he's not a jerk and does things with the best intentions for kim bok joo. i really love it.
on a side note... lee sung kyung is SO ridiculously pretty in whatever role she portrays. ive developed a huge crush on her as a result
