it's exactly the same thing for me! when episode 5 ended, I literally said 'ahh I don't get it!!' lol and I have watched a lot of mystery too
but I'm truly loving it
the show is maybe going for Ayako x Riku (with the 'LOVE' in the background at that one scene) but I really do like Hidaka x Ayako lol
she even got doki doki over herself lol xD

loving their combi though, how they are working together
even Ayako is getting comfortable at the company

yeah everything seem connected to his childhood
that smile Hidaka gave Riku with tears in eyes got me o,O
lol with Sekuhara investigating, I'm wondering who'll be the one getting credits? lol xD

I'm glad they kept the plot consistent. It was mentioned in previous seasons that Tachikawa and his wife were undergoing fertility treatment. It broke my heart seeing Tachikawa like that T^T

Is he leaving permanently? I love each and every one of them, their team, they complement each other. I especially love Tachikawa x Ishikawa interactions!! T^T
