I don't know what his motives are, but if Amemiya is truly the bad guy, he is most probably going for the brutal betrayal. Why else would he get closer to Mio? It felt kinda forced, fluffy yes at times, but kinda forced He's just too 'perfect'. Mio did confront Amemiya on the attack, his alibi was that he was with his mom The mom who now told Mio to run away lol Maybe she's acting mentally ill to stay safe from her own son Or while being ill, she perfectly remembers the true nature of Amemiya
Maybe the real Nakano was the one meeting with Yumi, since he reacted to the name Miyuki And the coffee shop owner said he wasn't Amemiya
