Nah much too obsessed with gaming atm. Oh and took part in my first OP bounty game which was hella fun. I actually ended up staying up the whole night. Didn't sleep for about 38hrs xD. Went in to work on Sat looking and feeling like a complete zombie x'D.

Hehe yeah I loved SKKS when I saw it about 2 years ago now I think. It really was both hilarious at times but also beautifully romantic n_n. And I loved how the heroine wasn't portrayed as a defenceless girl who cannot do anything on her own. Instead, she stood her own ground against everyone in a whole uni full of guys! Admirable stuff for sho' *_*.
Maybe now that you've finished your mocks you'll be able to enjoy more drama and anime :P. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your having done well in the mocks, which I'm sure you have : ).

Awww, it really does sound like a heart warming fairy tale when you describe your grandfather's romance ^_^. I'm glad your family has had more love marriages and are more understanding about you choosing your own partner regardless of where he's from. It's a good sign : ). Ahhh yeah being the only girl can be rather complicated and unfair at times. I'm much the same myself with two brothers. Still, I'm content to have them.

Yeah I don't really have that many favourites myself, just a couple but for me to really like a drama it needs to be something original in it's own right, something about it that transcends it from the predictable ones. I love them even more if they're able to inspire and help people to deal with issues they may be facing in their own lives.
Nowadays I'm not watching any, although I do have Bloody Monday on hold. For some reason I couldn't really get into it despite it being rather popular. I'm mostly just watching anime atm, One Piece in particular :P. I see you're currently watching a few dramas, enjoying them?

Aw it sounds about perfect n_n. You'll be having one helluva summer this year that's for sure >; ). My parents can speak it but I can't...possibly understand it vaguely but that's about it. Our original language is Gujarati which I'm more fluent with, I can read and write it but it's always mixed in with English each time I try speaking it u_u'. I think it's fading...not good. Your grandfather's first partner wasn't Muslim either? What about your parents, are they more accepting about having relationships with people from other cultures? I know that it's really difficult for the older generation (our parents/grandparents) to accept that sort of change and try adamantly to stick with old traditions, which I don't think is right, especially if they're forcing it upon you >: (.

I'm originally from India but spent pretty much all my life in the UK, London to be exact.

I'd love to visit Paris too, fingers crossed I may just do that this year with some friends ^^. Aw that'd be wonderful, travelling with someone you care deeply for makes the experience a lot more memorable : ).

Travelling is something I wish to do, I have to see Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and the Vatican City more than any other place before I die. Are there any other places you'd like to see? Aww that's sweet of him to say, but I'm just a weirdo really u_u. What would you like to do job wise? Yeah, dramas/anime/music all help to develop your language skills. They don't help with grammar usually though and that's normally the hardest. I think it's great you've picked up on Korean so well, keep it up! :burn:

Oh you asked? My memory well and truly sucks, I cannot remember what answer I gave at all, cursed memory of mine u_U. In a nutshell I was just going through a rough time both in terms of figuring out what to do with my life, not really knowing who I was sorta thing, and having lost my ex all took it's toll on me. I just needed some time away from there, gather my thoughts, reconnect with things etc.

Yup everything is fine and dandy, I won't be beaten so easily :burn:. Hehe, I'm glad to know you have my back. I kicked the demon out a long time ago but I may need your help next time around. I hope you'll be there for me then :eyes:.
Ahhh that must be difficult being away from him for so long, I dunno how I'd deal with not being able to talk to the one I love as frequently as I'd like. Was the army a mandatory thing? Either way, I'm sure the time will fly as long as you keep yourself busy. Before you know it, the two of you will be able to spend as much time together wrapped in your blossoming love as you'd like n_n.

Life is moving along calmly...for now, dun dun daaa! I'm just going with the flow and trying to enjoy all that comes my way : ). I'll hopefully be starting a course in Japanese come September...something I hope will help bring me closer to working as a translator of sorts, plus it'll make it easier when I finally set foot in Japan! :burn:

I've been ruminating heavily on getting involved with the JET programme. I wonder if you've heard of it? It's basically teaching English in Japan for a year. I went to a Japan exhibition with a friend of mine and various speakers who had taken that path after graduating shared their experiences of it so I'm thinking it may be just the thing I'm looking for. Or at least help in some way to help me find something I can truly give my all too and enjoy. Either that or various other internships. Ah crikey, too much rambling on my part, gomenasai!
