Did anyone else really really like the character Sudo? (ponytail) His development was really interesting to me, I wish we saw more of him. I was almost rooting for him to start liking the main girl :p

Thank goodness for this article. Something else I wish you touched on: How the women, generally the lead and the rival, are ALWAYS pitted against each other, and the viewer is always encouraged to hate the rival woman. Meanwhile, the rival man/second lead is loved by viewers, even if they end up being almost exactly the same as the rival woman.

She just lets this guy walk all over her and order her around like some doll. Don't ever look at any other man ever again? Don't leave the house without his permission? Don't even work without his permission. He has certain moments where he gets a little bit of redemption only to become abusive again... By far my least favorite male lead in a drama so far.
