If youre referring to Matsumoto Ryojun, the physician, I dont know what year season 2 takes place and which point of history will it be, same as when will that Daisaku and Kyuu-chan will kill each other.
But Ryojun is around Kondo’s age. Im not sure who will they cast, he’s not really part of shinsengumi and works under tokugawa. There are accounts that Kondo went to his hospital but unverified. The only connection he have in shinsengumi is Yamazaki who trained under him, but Yamazaki isnt in this series.
There are accound that Ryojun suggested shinsengumi to raise pigs and eat it after diagnosing them malnutrition. Theres a scene in Gintama that was based in this account.
Okita died of TB after Kondo died in 1868. But they say Okita went to his hospital too.
Different media and adaptation portrays the characters differently, like when Okita has close bonds with Hijikata as what the recent episode is hinting, but in history its with Yamanami.

Nishiki isnt announced if he’ll be in this series as well as the 4 other important members of Kondo Faction.
This is a Historical Fiction, same as the manga this was based from and other media that had Shinsengumi characters in it. They blend fiction in history and alter stuffs. Most likely, no one will die except Serizawa. LOL

Anyway, on episode 4, around 40sec. why did you use viendome instead of mirandome, for 見てる (miteru). That verb (ver) is for when you see something and mirar is for when youre looking at something. Hosaka is staring.
On ep3 around 30sec, why did you use mas grandes for 膨らみ (fukurami) which means to swell, it can be hinchar if you're going for a literal translation. Also isn't mas fuertes sounds more natural spanish than mas grande if you're referring to feelings? I think mas grandes is more 大きい ookii (physical) than 膨らみ furukami (non-physical).
But I'm not here for the spanish subs, its the english (which you didn't work on) that I have concerns with. If they translated from spanish it means a lot of stuff in the original script have been stripped off.
