With this series I have so much say. It's just 5 episodes and I'm irrevocably obsessed. I've been following the series and cast since the 1st trailer (under FILMANIA), and I couldn't be happier that Be On Cloud took over. 1. The production, cinematography, casting, direction, styling all make this series superior to any other BL series and Thai lakorn seen before. 2. The acting and chemistry. I mean do I even need to say anything about this? The chemistry between all characters in the series is amazing no matter what sort of relationship they portray, whether it's attraction, friendship, being acquaintances, or the latest Vegas-Porsche scene. 3. Apo's expressions conveying the feeling of Porsche efficiently and effectively. Mile portraying the subtle emotions of Kinn showing his feelings and turmoil, Tong making Tankhun a lovable brat,Bible making Vegas hotttt and hard to hate, Build bringing out Pete as a lovable character, Jeff making Kim stay mysterious, and Barcode making Porchay come out as adorable, gentle, loving, and trusting. Us, JJ, Pong being hot and cute as Tay, Time, Tem. Ping being that friend who is always cracking jokes but never fails to understand and care for their friend as Jom. Nott and Perth being hot and buttholes as Big and Ken. 4. The kissing and NC scenes being directed beautifully, not being forced just for the sake of viewership, not being cringe, not being awkward, and actually managing to convey the characters' feelings and mood at that time. 5. CUTE BUTTS and HOT ABS. 6. Serious, comedy, romance, suspence, action, BL all mixed in one as a beautiful blend. 7. The comedy doesn't feel out of place or unwanted or mistimed. 8. APO, Mile, APO, Bible, Build, APO, TONG, Jeff, Barcode, APO, TONG, Bible's ENGLISH, Bible's VOICE, Job, Bas, Nott, Ken, TONG, APO, Us, JJ, Ping, Pong, APO, the directors - Pond; Khom; Pepsi, Crew, Tong's STYLIST, Tong and did I say, APO? 9. Thank heaven's the plot's been changed quite a little from the novel making it more realistic, sensible, less toxic (as of now), have CONSENT (as of now), and easier to understand each character's actions. 10. THE SIZZLING CHEMITRY, LOOKS, OUTFITS, and great ACTING and DIRECTION.
This episode was so well directed, scripted and executed that idk how to express myself. The plot is somewhat predictable but this series presented it in such a beautiful, heartwarming yet heart wrenchingly painful. The buildup in this episode was fantastic. Pat following the signs told by his sister, only to learn that he is the one displaying signs; going through denial, confusion, jealousy, acceptance, fear, longing, then relief and lastly the realization of the aftermath was beautifully acted out by Ohm and Nanon.
Even for a single second you wouldn't feel that it's Ohm and Nanon. It's PAT and PRAN through & through. The emotions displayed by both the actors is absolutely believable, relatable and not awkward at all. From the part 4 of last ep to the end of this ep, not even for one moment I felt that it's acting, it's like this is how love/attraction must be. For me it was just Pat and Pran; the two individuals who were taught to compete with each other yet became friends only to be separated and later found their way to each other but still having to keep their distance. And b/w all this one realized his feelings but kept it suppressed while the other never realized his feelings till they hit him like a truck.
The rooftop scene, OMG!!! Idk what to say. That scene was so raw, emotional, natural, happy yet painful all at the same time. The kiss itself may not be much to many people but the way it was lead upto and executed was kind of poignant. I'm saying this bcoz that kiss was solely b/w Pat and Pran NOT Ohm and Nanon. Pat being happy and relived to kiss Pran while Pran crying and leaving after the kiss causing the realization to hit Pat, all being executed through their expressions and actions is the reason why this for me is the BEST KISS out of all bls i've watched (and i've watched LOOOOTS!).
Kudos to the actors, director and all involved in the production.
Not to sound stupid or soft but I wish all of you guys were my irl friends so we could talk about the series and…
That's not stupid at all... We legit made a WhatsApp group of fujoshis & fudanshis from different countriesπ Someone posted an invite on their YT channel for the specific purpose of appreciating bl, kpop, animes, etc. ππ
3 episodes in and I haven't found a single thing that I don't like about this series except waiting a week for new episode. The acting of the leads as well as other characters justifies the characters they're portraying. The chemistry is undeniable, the cute/fluffy moments with a hint of heat gives you butterflies. The pace is natural and the backstories are shown at the right moment. The stares or smirks don't feel unnecessary.
The direction, acting, chemistry, sound track, all justify the story till now. The way this series is tackling some issues is actually commendable. The 'no female objectification' and 'anti so-called masculine/feminine or top/bottom stereotype' are examples of the growth and maturity of BL series.
I went to engineering school in the wrong country... all I did was study and attend classes. No playing football,…
I feel you. I really shouldn't have taken engineering here. Even the fests are nothing too special in my university. And where are all the hot boys and girls!!??π£π£

The flirting is cute, sometimes steamy and sometimes a bit clichΓ© BUT never boring or overbearing. The leads look comfortable in their characters and don't look like 2 straight guys trying to act lovey-dovey or have forced chemistry.
All in all, I'm happy with the series and actors till now. Hopefully it won't disappoint in later episodes. I have faith in P'Aof, Ohm and Nanon.
