Watched a few episodes and there is far too much boring political intrigue and plots! I feel like skipping over extra stuff just to watch the maain leads story.

I hate when they do this, it messes with my brain! just let the actors use their voices!! it is bizarre when they have different voices in other dramas. At least I get to hear his real voice now!
The jump in time in the end felt somewhat abrupt and it felt weird because they never really declared their love it was very subtle and then bam the are barely reunited and then talks of marriage. I felt like we missed a step or two in their relationship. Also people change alot in five years especially with no contact. I also thought as an adult Xing Wu needed a different hairstyle, it looked fine in casual clothes but looked awful when he wore suits. Also glassss dont suit him or maybe he needed a better pair

Yes i thought it was going to be similar to the village barber but have been so disappointed. Your right the chef guy i find annoying and is arrogant and it is almost like the younger guys are scared to do anything wrong because the sunbaes are going to rip a strip off of them. I also hate the idea of having an age limit and checking ids, it is so aggressive and tacky. It seems like a small community why not let anyone in? And then they didnt even want to let them have takeout. Also the portions with some desserts were tiny and the prices also seemed expensive which is weird to market to elderly when they dont always have a big budget now that they are retired. It really made me appreciate the guys in village barber, they were so warm and welcoming to the whole community and very genuine. Sang yi was a stand out in conversing and warming up the villagers. In the bakery they dont even talk much to the patrons and instead the filming crew is connecting with them. This just hasnt sat right with me while watching
So I really did enjoy this drama and found myself getting pulled into it very easily but I would have structured this drama differently. I feel like there was so much more for potential between Gu Jin Zhao and Ye Xian. They really felt like there were the splendid match to me, they had so much more chemistry and interest between each other. I think this story would have done so well if they would have let them mature together. As they both matured they would have been a good match for each other. By the end Ye Xian had made it, he had matured and would have been perfect for him to pursue Jin Zhao at this point. I think that Chen Yan Yun was too old for Jin Zhao, she always seemed like a young child next to him and it just didn't feel right to me at all. I think also they skimped on building up a proper romantic relationship between them because I just wasn't feeling it between them. I just didn't quite understand their relationship and found it not that great. I bawled my eyes out at the last few episodes, Ye Xian really deserved more from this drama and it was just too sad for me !
why is Lee Sang Yeob playing a minor character? isn't he usually the male lead in dramas? this seems weird to me unless he is going to play bigger role through the drama like a villain?

on dramawiki it says that his voice is dubbed, then his voice actor sounds alot like ZLH, because to me it sounds like him? Honestly I am really disappointed when they dub people, it jut doesn't feel right that they don't let them do their own speaking it is a part of acting. It is also really hard when you know how the actors sounds and they dub with a voice that is nothing like them. this is definitely giving off a vertical /short drama vibe and I find this disappointing. it uses the same music and changes of shots. It feels cheap and not well done at all. I would think ZLH would have his pick of dramas after getting so much buzz, why would he choose this one next??
I really enjoyed this drama it was so sweet but what bothered me and felt unrealistic is that she never explains to Lin Yu Sen about her past with her friends and the old crush. He was there all the times when she got upset and he doesn't ask her about it?? I wanted to see his reaction to the way her old friends and crush treated her and it feels weird she keeps it a secret for no good reason? the time skips felt weird at the end we never get to see what happened to some of the other characters
Ending? I didnt watch super carefully but when did they figure out how to open the usb? I dont remember how the diamonds fit into it all? Shouldnt they have shown how they got it all done rather than just a voiceover? The ending felt lame and incomplete to me but maybe i missed stuff??
Plus, didn't he wear fake muscles/body suit in that show.
Yeah it must have been fake because he doesnt look that way in this drama! Thats probably why they look so different but even the way he talked seems so different
