Yes, they're not exactly the same. But come on there are a ton of similarities.
Ra On is hilarious and I loved how her physical inspection was passed. Not to mention all the other eunuch drama. I loved how certain ones dropped their pants with pride to show of their lack of certain parts. >_< Oh-dear-drama, that whole scene was too funny.
There were other fun moments and I really do love Ra On. However, at this point I need more characters to be fleshed out. The extra steps need to be taken so that I don't feel like I'm just watching a drama trying to feed off of Sungkyunkwan Scandal. (Because let's be honest, it is.)
So here's to the future episodes! I really want this drama and I to get along.

Bring It On, Ghost Episode 7

Speaking of questions. Wouldn't Bong Pal think that Hyun Ji likes him. After all she can just poof herself into an amusement park. Duh, she wants to see it with you!
I think it's cute and naive. I suppose Bong Pal may not know he signs of when someone likes you because he has never really had people.
Though I don't like seeing Cheon Sang's greedy side. I agree with In Rang's grandmother. I don't like to see him abuse In Rang. He is a con artist. I enjoy it when Cheon Sang is a friend to In Rang.
Overall we get to ghost problems to solve, but it's still becoming episodic. Even though possession was one of the cases. Now that things are getting more intense with Hye Sung killing people and stalking closer to Bong Pal I'm curious where the writers will go. Especially as to what happened to Bong Pal's dad. We know Hye Sung is only too happy to kill someone!

Bring It On, Ghost Episode 6

Hyun Ji has been affecting ghosts, hurting them. And they her. Ghosts can interact with each other and hurt one another. Hyun Ji has been drained after battling ghosts. Heck, what about the episode where the husband was still beating his wife ghost. Or the very last one we just watched that the little boy was still being hunted and abused by his step father.
Ghosts are even affecting and killing the living. (Sorry I just hate it when mythos that have been established are questioned, especially as the writers have done a great job incorporating into the show. Inconstancies are bad, but making them because you're not paying attention is worst.) That's why other ghosts try to stay away from the evil ones.
I'm really impressed that the writers are letting us know that Hye Sung has something to do with what happened to Bong Pal in the past. Not to mention that he kind of called Myung Chul out. Hyu Sung recognizes Myung Chul. But does Myung Chul!? Very cool setup.
I'm still convinced that Hyun Ji is in a comma or something. She looks totally different to other ghosts and still has a few things that make her not like them. I really like the pacing and reveal so far. But wish a few things would speed up. Things could get very episodic with each new villain ghost being introduced.
Though Cheon Sang and In Rang make it all hilarity! I love that now In Rang can sometimes see Hyun Ji. She's a "beautiful angel". I wonder how long he'll be able to catch glimpses of her? Oh, and I love Cheon Sang's clever match making skills. Too funny!
Now I'm off to dive into the next episode. (Ha-ha! See what I did there!)

Splash Splash LOVE Episode 2

I've loved that the danger to Dan Bi was never glossed over an is fully realized in this episode. Even though Yi Do wanted her to stay with him he realized that the danger to her would never let up.
The emotions and nuances of their love for each other was beautiful to behold. Not to mention all of those fabulous kissing scenes. Ah!! These to have such fabulous chemistry together.
As I said in my review of episode one I had no doubt that the writers would make me happy. I loved the reincarnation themes. Not to mention the message to not run away and no matter what you do in life do it with pride. It's important even if it doesn't seem that way at the time.

At first I was commending this episode for showing viewers the reality of what happens when you fall between coverage of the medical world. What happens when you're not rich enough nor poor enough. It's a harsh reality of many health care systems around the world.
However, I did not care for how they hammed it up. Taking the story just way too far.
Yes, I enjoyed the character developments going on. Aunt and Uncle should just hook up already. They were made for each other.
Basically I'm holding on to this show because of the strong start and I feel committed to these characters. Sadly the promise starts out strong, but dies swiftly. That seems to be a common theme this year.

To be quite honest Doctors has kind of stalled out. Even becoming a bit boring. It's odd that now that Hye Jung and Ji Hong are dating, they've lost quite a bit of chemistry.
Not only that but Hye Jung wanted Ji Hong to change. So that he would let her in and quit making all the decisions by himself. She realized that she wanted to be in the relationship as she is now, and that she shouldn't change him. Which is great! But then she goes and changes how she would normally treat a situation to make room for him.
The writers are really setting up all these hints and teases for how they will pair up the characters. So I will give them that. I also like how medicine and the OR is such a big part. Honestly I am annoyed that the webtoon is becoming a prominent storyline. Not to mention storylines introduced and then dropped. We'll see how the story goes.
There's 7 episodes left!

Overall the passing of his father felt flat, especially since it was mainly to allow the "villains" to step up and take their evil plans forward.
What I do love is that all the characters are moving forward. I feel like the writers are trying to make Yoon Do and Seo Woo come together slowly. However, I am still very much for the idea of Soon Hee and Yoon Do coming together. What I really loved was that there seems to be a relationship between Yeong Kook and a nurse. Very interesting!
The plot with the woman and her assailant finally comes around. Though I wasn't pleased with how dumb Doctors made the cops and the hospital. There's no way the cops wouldn't have done a stake out. Or that the hospital would have removed her to a secure location. They wouldn't have just left her in the exact same room for her assailant to come back to.
It's interesting seeing Tae Ho, the Vice President and head of the neurosurgery department, react to the changes. I'm sill hoping that the hospital politics won't turn into the main focus.
Soo Chul hasn't appeared again and I'm wondering if he will pop up later on. I don't like it when characters get benched. Overall I think this was a solid episode and it's interesting seeing Hye Jung move forward with Ji Hong.

However, isn't that what Ka Suo wanted? Freedom. It seems that now he's just a pretty mortal with white hair.
Now I know it looked liked Mermaid Princess. BUT that was Shi in the tub. Then the "sexy" bed play time. Guys. I'm still in shock.
The writers have truly stepped it up and I'm dying to know where the story will go. It's official at 62 episodes. So now we know everyone's' ties and have back stories and such.
More importantly some of the bigger questions are sill unanswered. The mysterious smoke guy, who is Shi's father? It has to be the ice king because he wouldn't get ice powers from a mermaid right? But he definitely used fire power to break out and then to cure Princess Mermaid.
Now that the Mermaid Princess and Shi have been through all that . . . how will things go?

But I really hope that the Mermaid Princess only had to make out with the king. Poor thing if he did more. If he did do more I want to give Shi a bit of a punch for being so insensitive.
Sword fairies! How cool. Isn't that smoke voice then the original sword fairy that has been playing games this whole time and setting things into motion?
Very curious.
Let's hope to get some answers! Oh, and I love that the other Guardians are back! How cool are they! (And kind of adorable.)

Shi . . . is one deviously amazing guy! No really. I wish they would let us know if the Fire King is his father, like I originally thought. Or what!
Especially that smoky entity of the villainess laugh!
The actress playing the Mermaid Princess really out did herself this episode. Amazing! I love the plot between Shi and her. Not to mention that after the events I think Shi and her could actually become an item. Which would work if Kong Shi is the Princess of Fire's brother. Darn the writers! Tell me up front already!
The affects and actors are all on point this episode. Not to mention that I really want the healer to be real for Ka Suo to get his powers back!! Don't let it all be a ruse. There was some issues with clunky flashbacks with Ka Sou. However, Lotus's big reveal was very well done and I loved all the other aspects of this episode. Well done.

Shi is really turning out to be quite the cunning person! I'm really rooting for him.
Though I wonder way Ka Sou has now lost his swordsmanship. So his magic made him a good fighter? Or is he simply too weak still?
Interesting. Well now he's the damsel in need of saving. Go writers.
Overall I'm looking forward to team Shi kicking some butt.

So if I'm right Lotus is a mermaid for sure, as relations of the Mermaid Saint is pretty much her aunt. Shi has ice magic, which we can only assume he got from the Ice King. He was a late bloomer. However, if everyone who was accidently hit by fire magic gained some bit of fire magic wouldn't all of these people be absorbing it? Maybe it's his mermaid half?
I need to know! Dang it!
It's crazy I would assume everyone knows that Ka Suo has been defeated. Fire is still in control. Why would anyone believe those messages? AND if they are all allies why can't they all just team up and put fire in it's place?
*sighs* Common sense people!
This episode was a bit more boring as we yet again get to see King Fire of the evil villain laugh smack everyone down. Not to mention that now Ka Suo is basically a mortal. What was up with Shi though? When fire hits Ka Sou with fire magic he feels it? They can't keep us in the dark too long on that!
Here's to hoping Ka Suo heals. Though if he stays mortal Li Lou and Ka Suo have solved they're aging differences.

I need to know Kong Shi's parenting!! Tell me!
Oh, and I adore that the Fairy Chief and Bear Chief are engaged! Not only that but clearly in love. Though I do feel bad for the Eagle Knight, he clearly likes the Fairy Chief. She is stunning and the makeup/wardrobe teams out did themselves outfit.
The Mermaid Princess's story is taking an interesting turn. I wonder if it will harden her, or make her stronger? Very interesting.
Loved the ending OST for this episode! I love how often the ending music is changed. I'm going to have to get the soundtrack.

So Lotus hates the Fire King, but Kong Shi has both Ice and Fire magic. Does this mean that raping runs int he fire family? As the decesed Prince initially tried to rape the Mermaid Princess. But then if Lotus and the Fire King are his father . . . then how does Kong Shi have ice powers?
Not to mention that I wont be able to ship Kong Shi and the Fire Princess!!!! They will have to be friends.
Yeah!! This means the writing is really starting to step up a bit.
However, I did not like the fight between the Fire Princess and the "Future husband". I dislike it when warrior women are made to lose, stupidly at that, so that the men can step in and save them.
*sighs*

I really thought I was going to be forever annoyed by the Mermaid Princess, but she's cute. You have to give her props for out smarting the guards.
I like how this episode finally confirmed that Lotus is a mermaid. Also that the voice is the big schemer. The voice that I'm pretty sure was talking when they tried to get the sword. So I assumed it was the sword. Is the sword trapping some being and he's trying to escape? I like to see this bigger picture unfold.
Not to mention that Ka Sou is now with the Spirit tribe figuring that out. While the Fire Prince and Princess are dealing with the Bear tribe. Very interesting turns.
I love how cunning and smart Kong Shi is!! Not to mention that devious look from the Mermaid Saint, I think she's not so neutral anymore. ^_-
(Hot spring scene anyone. Ka Suo was struck dumb!)
