I monitor the official production company’s and actors in JOL ‘s weibo accounts (as well as other social media and forums in China) and thus can confirm it has not been released yet. I know there are different release dates for different countries but no release date has been announced yet thus far.

Nov 2024 is a optimistic hope but for sure Summer 2024 would be like asking for a miracle given even for JOL1 it took 1 year and several months post filming to air.
