thank you for your comment. Slow paced dramas are a hit or miss for me it just depends on the story, I could only…
Great to be able to discuss drama haha none of my friend watch so I’m like who should I talk to these things about ?? I think Gang-Tae liked Ko from the childhood like she saved him and whenever he followed her, she would just be like whatever. She would never tell him that he should care for the brother and so on. Now in adulthood, she challenged him and made him questions and look inwards to ask what he feels and his dreams and I think the mutual healing brought them closer ??♀️ Like he says right, you saved me but I ran away when he was younger and I think that stuck with him. Other than his brother, he never has anyone else as friends or acquaintances when growing up and not going to school and all that so his whole personality is skewed Too. He could never experience childhood and was adult from the time he could think so may be Ko reminded him what would be to be a child/teenager! This is my thoughts
Nice review :) :) I loved the show because it was slow paced and not rushed. I don't like slow paced show but for this show, someone the slow pace was required for me. I usually binge watch the shows but this show, I could not handle more than 1 episode in a day. It was lot more through provoking and also triggered a lot of emotions for me. I loved how all 3 characters had amazing character growth. Ko is supposed to be manipulative and possessive but through Gang-Tae, she learnt to find her emotions and try to control her outburst through the techniques he thought her like hugging her self and patting on shoulder or counting 1, 2, 3 and all those are some of the techniques which therapists usually tell their patients. For Sang-Tae to let go of his brother and be independent is a huge deal and great growth. I think most people don't realize is the subtle character of Gang-Tae but his personality growth was amazing. Most of us are so privileged to think about ourselves, our dreams and our desires and express our emotions in some way butt for him, hearing that he has to take care of his brother all his life from the time he is child, he completely shut himself up. It is extremely hard for people with no sense of self to be able to achieve that and finally him accepting what he feels and expressing, that was such a breath of fresh air for me. I am very confused with the friend story like he is been following them for 10 years. What about his family? His friend is co-dependent and they don't address that issue. The show included a lot of therapy tools and seeing that was nice. The best part of the show for me was that it gave the message that, with proper nurture of therapy and support, any biggest trauma can be healed.
just learned Between Us has the same director as UWMA. let's hope this series won't be as slow as UWMA...
I did not like UWMA main couple. Pharm was cute yes but he was so awkward with Dean. It did not feel like he had any feelings for Dean. The flashback couple had more chemistry than Pharm-Dean. Win-Team has so much chemistry as well. cant wait for this series!!
On my end, I'm fine with the new characters and the third party but I really hope there's no cheating involved…
There will be, at least according to the book. It's like the history of season 1 is going to repeat itself.. Like how "Ter" was playing with Tharn, here fiat will do the same with Type and they break up and the same kind of emtional scence will repeat.. So this season, they are going to be apart for a longer time.. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW CAN BEING TOGETHER FOR 7 YEARS AND HAVING SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, THARN CAN DOUBT TYPE AGAIN and how can type not be grown up enough to be more open and caring for tharn.. urgh..
