productions of this scale ain’t cheap. worth the tiny intrusion for such grandiose cinematography and locations.

18-20 episodes would have done it more justice.

it was never to be set he same as the novel. fantastic production never the less.

did we watch the same series? I’m left thinking 18-20 episodes would have been better ther was so much content that could have delved deeper.

Another beautiful episode with gorgeous locations and costumes. Kharin and Charan have some lovely sweet flirty moments now they have confirmed their feeling in the last episode. We also get to learn more about Charan and how he connects with his horses and the stiff exterior melts. The cinematography is outstanding with the white horse and sunset kiss scene of Charan and Khanin was just so romantic and visually beautiful. The plot deepens this week learning more about political issues going on with the introduction of Jay and Calvin who seem to have become friends since meeting at the university. jays sister is ill from dust pollutants and Jay has organised a protest having also lost his father the the lung disease. Rampil and Paytai relationship dynamics get some evolves with Ramil connecting the physical abuse Paytai receives from his father to their BDSM sexual relationship. I personally thought it was a bit gratuitous to the story.
the sound tracks are beautiful and do justice to the stunning locations and lavish sets.

This started of promising however but stalled for me. The fact the next Prince got launched is making it hard for me to see any other BL drama in the light now that this other series has had so much detail and depth pored into the plot and the cinematography is just on another level. sorry but going to bin top form now.

finished watching E3 earlier and had to come and say how excellent it. the Kingdom of Emmaly is just so expensively over the top beautifully done. 10/10 so far.

Watched E1 last week and blown away by the quality and detail for what’s tagged as a BL but it really is on another level. zee and Nunews acting is hot. Zee is handsome in Emmaly military attire with proper action sequences. NuNew delivery of the fencing moves was quite impressive. lots of depth to the characters an only in one episode so far. can’t wait till E2. I really anticipate this winning a lot of awards if it keeps this standard up. 10/10

looking forward to E2 later today as I enjoyed E1 so much. I don’t know if we will get our first glimpse of the kingdom Emmaly yet or have to wait until next week. the preview looks like we will get lots more action. love how much they have spent on the details like quality action segments. Very unusual to get this level of detail and quality in a BL that I think this will appeal to a very wide audience. Zee Pruk and Nunews chemistry is again off the charts 10/10

as a native Brit you’ll find most London uni students are all international and speaking English as second launguage so the accents were more what you’d expect. English summers are hot too.
Emmaly is a made up fantasy kingdom. The costumes are gorgeous
