As far as I understood, TK’s mother doesn’t seem to be the mother of the two grown ups. Am I wrong in that assessment ? I don’t remember them saying anything about a previous marriage. But the way they behave with his mother is beyond disrespectful. I don’t care that they like their despicable grandmother more. It’s just really wrong. They’re going faster than one would expect considering the type of shows. In once again they really milked a lot of there little situations for example.

The current one is woman in a veil. But they don’t have as many known actors as the weekend drama.
The emperor is benevolent. They can’t really go far from the truth he was supposedly a great emperor. He’s more serious than depicted in story of palace yanxi but Wallace huo is more attractive here than the actor in yanxi.
It is so weird that the first empres is painted in such a villainess light in this show while she was benevolent in story of yanxi. I really loved the first empress in the other show. I’m not even at episode 30 and I can’t wait for some of the women to die horrible deaths. I know it won’t happen for lots of them but I can dream 😄

Overall a very good episode. I wonder how long before the wedding between the two leads ? I wish they were more likable characters. Kids maybe ? We czn’t just fly i the main leads and the father and the small child. That’s not enough.
I also understand the part of the synopsis about her giving online classes as opposed to her usual classes in academies. Viki gave too much info about the show. That reminds me of the pitch for what happens to my family where the sullarybsay that the dad died his kids but that that happens at the mid point of show. So much has happened in the first 25 episodes before that sub plot. Stupid to give away so much.
I fell in love with the female actress. She’s such a nice energy. There was such a warmth to this little show. The two leads were perfect. I hurt when I needed to watching it
The music will stay with me. I particularly like the theme song. As one review s’y it is warm and fuzzy with a little hurt when it needs to hurr. I would have loved to stay with these characters for a while longer.
I wished they had continued with a season 3. I can’t believe the bad guys didn’t get their end. And I wanted to see the ji Han / jang duo. That looked lethal.
Wow the new rumored cast is already listed. Glad Chen feiyu is back on track. I’m actually happy he lost the other show. Can’t stand Esther’s voice and demeanor. I know it’s her bread and butter but boy is she annoying when she speaks in that voice with that baby face.
I think you can request for it on Netflix, if there's enough viewers interested in it, Netflix can obtain license…
