This is the definition of a weekend drama. It wouldn’t be one if new melodramatic things were not happening.
It’s not an extreme makjang, I’ve seen way more extreme plots

It’s quite enjoyable and actually a pretty good one in that genre.
If this is not what you like, remember dramas between 50 and 100 episodes are almost always makjang and thus you will have same type of new situations added every couple of weeks. It’s par for the course.
The kbs2 weekend drama is very well known and is usually pretty decent.

It was good and entertaining. Both leads are great. Lots of comedy.

I think it is more wishful thinking. People thought it might happen after chongzi but I also read long promise might be coming first. So who knows.

The promotional documents mention them both to find investment. It is still not clear cut but it’s a good sign for people who want them in that show.

At the end I felt I didn’t need a season 2. Because I really wanted to follow sooho and siheun. But I guess if the Webtoon is focused on the next hs, then why not. Still, i wouldn’t too distraught if season 2 wasn’t ordered. I really liked the characters so I would still watch it.

Totally out of the blue. Super happy about this. I’ve requested it on their request page a couple of times. I know it probably is just perfunctory but I still hope it works.

And Viki has added it for Europe at least.

So you’re saying you didn’t watch any of these two (soundtrack is only 4 episodes right and oby is ongoing) but just the trailers and it didn’t appeal to you. In essence you’re dunking on two shows you didn’t even watch. How about watching next time ?

If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend it. It is brilliant.

Yeah it seems she will lose the weight again. It’s in the opening sequence. Even if I always skip it I can deduce she goes back to thin.
It wouldn’t work with a fat actress since it’s about someone who puts on and loses weight. The time frame makes it impossible for an overweight person to play the role. But if two actresses were to play the role it could work.

He’s got facial blindness. He sees that she is overweight but can’t recognize her face. And he likes her the way she is. He’s not the only one who doesn’t recognize her. Most of the others who knew her when she wa thin don’t either. Only one recognizes her immediately

It’s very sweet. At least for now. The fl is not annoying nor is he. They are both quite funny together.
The other two side couples are interesting.

Okay. So he is listed in the credits as a guest. Then. The info is still inaccurate here since it says that he is only in episode 1 and 2. He is in 1 to 3 and then 15 to 19.
I think we were not talking about the same thing. I’m more concerned on what is on the page here. The inaccuracies bug me.

It’s not about length. It’s about credits. And since it is an important part, support would be more accurate than guest.

Can someone verify that Joo Sang Wook who plays jang gang, father or jang uk, is credited as guest ? Because he is in more than episodes 1 and 2. He’s also in episode 3 and then 16 (or 15) onward. That would make him a support role or at least correct the number of episodes he appears in as a guest ? I don’t red enough Korean to know where to search for in the credits.

She’s probably the worst on this show with the main lead.
