I'm asking this out of curiosity but... What are Hyun Woo's red flags? He was joyful over hearing about his wife's…
he wasn’t happy for “just a second” which is why the whole thing is absurd to me. thats a nice analogy you made but if that’s what the writer was going for regarding his character, she did an awful job portraying it then. he came off as kind of an asshole about this whole thing even up to ep4? 5? he didn’t sound like he had much internal conflicts about it lol he was having a whole ass breakdown over the slight possibility of his wife living. it was all way over the top??? come on… and the you have the whole thing with him faking affection to her and pretending to give a fuck all to get his name on that will. like maybe red flag isn’t the right choice of words or whatever but it feels like you’re nitpicking. that was not the main point of my comment at all?? 😭
I’m saying people here are way too harsh on her and too forgiving about his faults for some reason. I’m curious, what did she do that was so much worse? their marriage fell due to miscommunication. not having any basic sympathy for the woman who went through a miscarriage and was just putting up a cold front to detach herself from her child is weird to me.
literally. like I know he hates her but hates her to the point he wants her to die? what kind of logic is that
the only way that would make sense if she was pure evil but shes far from that. I know some of those scenes had a comedic tone to them but still, i don’t see why the writer thought that would be funny.
the lack of empathy for haein in this comment section is disheartening, all while yall are gushing over the husband who was joyful upon hearing his wife was going to die as if he did nothing wrong. like obviously both have faults but yall gloss over his red flags and call haein a heartless bitch?? shes not even allowed to feel hurt when she learned he was gonna divorce her and half the lovey dovey shit hes been doing ever since she was diagnosed was a fake act to get her to revise her will???
then again what was i expecting from mdl users it’s always been this way. I’m not saying you’re supposed to take her side because the situation is not black and white but damn yall really have a special talent in villianizing female characters and praising the men for the bare minimum.
She loves him more than he loves her it’s frustrating. plus, all the side characters/ storylines are uninteresting despite taking so much screen time. too many villains and unlikable characters for what???
Wanting to start it. Guys, please give me some spoiler. 1. Is it like Hometown Cha Cha Cha or Do Do Sol Sol La…
it’s nothing like chachacha apart from the countryside setting. chachacha was wholesome, I would put that one in the romcom category. this one’s more on the dramatic side and the comedic bits are slapstick.
the action sequences are pretty well done but overall the writing is tropey and somewhat predictable and ending was meh. it’s binge worthy though, the pacing is fast. also, han sohee did a great job.
