Yearly reminder, Watch the Japanese (original) first because it is better.
Agree. I end up liking Japanese versions more than Korean versions 90% of the time. They dont waste time on fillers and unnecessary scenes. Get straight to the point and hit you with feels.
On Kill Me, Heal Me Apr 8, 2024
I just finished this and safe to say this is one of the best Korean dramas I have seen in a long time.
I loved all the characters esp the female lead, male lead, Ri On and their parents.
l loved the relationship between the leads. They were true companions.
I loved the humour and heart.
I loved the OST.
I loved the writing.
I loved the acting.
All perfect. I wish it was longer because I was not prepared to say bye to all the personalities, to Ri Jin, to Ri On, to Do Hyun, to Ri Jin's parents.

Ji Sung, Hwang Jung Eum and Park Seo Joon - take a bow. They owned the show and it would not have been as enjoyable if not for their chemistry and amazing performances.

All those complaining about the female lead - we clearly watched a different drama. If you give up few within few episodes then it is your loss because this drama was perfect.

Sad they don't make Korean dramas like this anymore :((

10 Years later and still a masterpiece. After now having watched hundreds of dramas, this one still remains in…
Agree. It is fantastic.
Best Korean drama I have seen in a long time.

I don't understand all the comments about the female lead's screeming because that only happened in the 1st few episodes and i dont think her reaction was wrong with everything happening
also maybe i'm in the minority but i'm loving the female lead. she is mature and accepts him for who he is. its not easy being with someone who has DID..it can be very confusing, exhausting and hard because you are there for them but they cant be there for you. she is clearly trying her best for him and tries to be sensitive

As someone who has had a close friend on the road to recovery from DID I am surprised by how accurate this is
it is exaggerated and more fantasy-like in parts but the way the switch happens, the emotions the leads go through, the way the personalities came to be - very very accurate

have you seen the original Taiwanese version that came out in 2001? Its closest to the source material and was…
older Taiwanese dramas were the gold standard and most popular Asian dramas before Korean dramas got popular
you should definitely check it out

Frustrating in parts but the female lead and her adorable family made it worth it.
I wish I had a family as supportive as hers.
On Date My Daughter! Apr 7, 2024
Finally watched this on Netflix over the weekend and I loved it so much. I created a MDL account just to rave about this drama and all the lovely characters.
This whole drama has my heart. Going to re-watch again now.

While the Korean version made me love this story and the Thai version takes the cake as my favorite of all three…
have you seen the original Taiwanese version that came out in 2001? Its closest to the source material and was extremely popular
