I went in with 0 expectations. It sounded awful from the plot and watching the first two eps, it lived up to awful THEN as if struck by lightening I finally got it. The start made it seem boring and focused on another reckless office war but it's actually thought out much better. Unlike how I thought, the leads are all smart in different ways and it adds to a generic show to make it a hidden gem. By no means is it perfect or a top drama but it does well where others of this type of drama fail. It's smart so for that, it's worth continuing if you dropped it because I can promise there is the smallest speck of interest that'll surprisingly grab you as you continue.
Could have been so great. Don’t get me wrong, I’m enjoying it but I’m confused. They just throw stupid things into it and that’s where I get lost. How can it be going so well and for 5 minutes then toss in something stupid for the next 5 and continue to do this backwards and forwards until the end.
Surprised to see no comments talking about him in shows. He's got this charming look in calla even though he's the bad guy. Caught my eye immediately in that bar scene.
Shocked by the comments... I guess some aren't mature enough to handle anything more than a sappy romance. The hate for the female lead is weird, she's just acting like any other traumatized person would - she's trying to keep to herself and live a quiet life. Second of all, the storyline isn't even bad, it's not straying from the storyline and successfully keeps up with each storyline that has been presented so far, which is pretty impressive considering by now most dramas would just ignore them and focus on the one main plot. I wouldn't say I'm easy to please but this drama is a solid 7.8 as the ranking above states. It definitely lives up to that. Anything less would be wrongful considering a lot of other dramas have so much plot and still manage to be boring and drag by episode 9.
Please somebody remake this but better 😭
