At first I didn't understand how this concept will work but surprisingly this show is quite interesting. It's not often that I finish watching a dating show, but this one keeps my interest and I'm eagerly waiting for new episodes. Maybe because my ship is sailing haha. It's sad that there are no good subs (I'm lucky I can understand a bit of Korean). This show deserves more interest for sure.

At first I thought she's a love catcher but the same as you I remembered that innocence can be deceptive. Also the message she sent to Junghyun was a bit strange. It was so empty of personality and kinda cold. Is this a message you send to person you're interested in? Maybe it's just her personality but she didn't look that interested in him. Or maybe she's a love catcher but just can't find any of those guys that interesting. It will be interesting to see how she will approach Yongho.

From the first ep my fav girl was Seungyeon. I love her smile, her voice and personality. I don't even care if she's a money catcher. I just hope in this season there will be no eliminations because I'm scared for her.

And I don't know why but this season is a bit meh to me. I don't care about Sooji-Yongho-Seongbum triangle (I skip their scenes) and for some reason I don't feel anything for Taeeun and Sooro couple ( I guess I might be the only one). I like Hyojin but she needs to step up her game (she kinda looks like a money catcher though).

For some reason I have a good feeling about this drama as well as this pairing. Even though I did expect a more experienced actor as ml but somehow I think it's not a bad match. And if it's only 8 episodes I hope they will not rush the story and pace it well. I can't wait!

Thank you for explaining it so well. I think the ones who are not comlaining about idols are those who just want to see visuals. And the rest of us wants the best for her as actress: good projects, good writers and experienced partners.

About the acting part. Acting doesn't depend only on the script or character itself. When you act in solo scenes then yes it depends on your own capabilities and talent but I was talking about Sohyun's scenes with her partners. If they're not experienced she has to depend only on herself but if they're good actors she can rely on them and as a result we can see a much more natural acting. If her partner is not that good it affects her acting too. At least it's what I see in romantic scenes. I think she is talented but do I think she reached her top potential? Nope. I think with time she can get even better. But imo rookie actors are slowing her down.

I like your choices. They all are talented actors. I'm not biased towards senior actors but we have to admit we got too many rookies for Sohyun so change would be welcomed. And I have to admit about bad writing. I watched almost all of Sohyun's dramas but I could finish only a few (and I'm not a fan of historical dramas). Sohyun really has a bad luck with writers. Or maybe she's bad at picking projects :')

He's still on a rookie side but I'm happy because Chae Jong Hyeop was in one of my fav dramas Hot Stove League. I don't know much about him but for some reason I'm really excited about this pairing. Visually they will look really good. And he's not an idol haha

Unfortunately i think there is no full version of this manhwa online. I found it on webtoon app (korean version) and there is only 11 chapters. I read korean version and I liked how it started but overall I can't say much because it was only 11 ch :') I think the rest of the story is in physical manhwa books.

She looked really young (especially compared to other actors) in Radio Romance that's why for me she didn't fit that role. And yeah I admit I didn't like that drama either. As for this drama I'm really excited. I don't know much about Chae Jong Hyeop but visually they match and I'm happy he's an actor and not idol. Let's wait and see what kind of chemistry they will bring

haha what a bold choice. I would be in shock if we would get such pair. After seeing the pattern with rookie actors I lost my hopes to see her with any actors I admire. Let's just hope for her drama "Is it fate?" we'll get someone more experienced.

I didn't read description before watching it, that's why I got surprised. I mean it's called Heart Signal Japan so I assumed there will be Japanese guys and girls. I wonder why they chose this concept instead

I tried watching raw version and I was surprised that they speak Korean. I'm lucky because I can understand Korean a bit, but unfortunately I didn't like first episode. I didn't find anyone interesting so I won't continue watching. No idea why it's not Japanese guys. Maybe it would be less awkward.

I really don't understand viewers like you. You can just stop watching and forget that this show exists. It's not that difficult. There are viewers who enjoy this show.

I'm so curious about the male lead. In the webtoon the guy looks tall so I wonder if they'll choose someone tall too. And if I remember correctly in the webtoon they are in their late 20's so it would be right to choose someone older. But SH is much younger than the character and I wonder how will she handle the role because honestly in Radio Romance the character imo didn't suit her (as someone older).

But the most important thing for me is that it wouldn't be a rookie actor. Please enough of rookie actors..unless they're someone very talented in acting.

I think she needs to act more along "senior" actors so she can grow and improve even more. I noticed that recently her acting is kinda.. the same (?) (except emotional scenes). And let's be real, there's always room for improvement.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against HMH it's just it wasn't what I was expecting or waiting for. This time I really wanted her to take a good rest, pick a great project and act along an experienced ml. I'm not saying she won't have chemistry with HMH, it might be an ok drama, but pls can we finally see her in a role with a well known actor? or at least not a rookie again..

She's very young so we can't expect for her to be mature like others. From the beginning Ji Yeon was one of my faves, but being a rational person I can admit that sometimes she goes overboard and says things without thinking, even being a bit too loud. I definitely don't agree with everything she does or says but also I don't think she deserves the hate. And about the ego, I think you're right. It looks like she wanted to protect her ego in a wrong way. But young ppl tend to have big egos and they need time to grow and learn.
