I understand everyone's current feelings towards ST now but guys, let's remember that he has a condition. We have to be extra understanding with him. That is not to say that what he did to KT was not borderline abusive. Even people with mental disabilities can be abusive. I'm just saying that people with his condition can sometimes have difficulties feeling for and understanding other people.
Also, it has been mentioned below that ST may be remembering some things wrong like how KT did with their mom. They say we remember things that hurt us more than happy times. Maybe he strongly remembers that feeling of drowning and KT taking a while to help him while the part where KT came back and helped him is buried in his memories.
I dunno.

Everyone is praising KSH's acting in the end scene but no one has mentioned how good he was in the flower scene. I replayed that scene so many times just watching how his face shows how unsure he was of kissing MY and after doing it still unsure of how MY will react, still unsure of how he feels then realizing how happy and freeing it was to unleash and not control himself. Haaaaay hold my heart.

I get amazed with KSH's acting every time when he cries. He truly gets better and better. But also Sang Tae, if he doesnt get awards next year i dunno anymore lol
No one has mentioned this yet but I feel like Gang Tae's smile in the end of this episode is because for the first time in his life (or for a long time) he just let himself feel his anger when Moon Young got hurt and he just let it out. Or maybe the anger was too strong that he was not able to suppress it?
