because they're sexist ? :(
as someone who lives in an Asian country myself, you are not making any sense. any sexism going in on your country has no relevancy to what's going on in the story, so what is the point of your comment? and women love a man who takes of them during a vulnerable time, thus such a cliché arising, this is something that happens when men get drunk in shows too, women take care of them. It's not about sexism, but a cliché care and affection and most people actually enjoy watching. There are ways to care about without being vulnerable, they did show that too, the entirety of the show isn't them being drunk and him taking care of her in such a vulnerable state isn't it? it happens once or twice and thats it.

Title Happiness
It's not really a thriller. It's a psychological thriller. Meaning the focus is on human behaviour so the zombies…
Thriller and psychological thriller are quite different. It actually kind of hits psychological thriller, especially when you see most of the plot drive is based on human actions, their thoughts, because of such an event, and how their character changed once they are in such a danger

As a person who knows someone with Autism, he has such a similar problem compared to the moon sang tae. Yes it is stereotypical however such people exist, you cannot fully avoid them just because they are in the extreme cases is it. Also they tend to be the easiest cases to show because it's more understandable, afterall they aren't making a documentary to research soo hard about the various symptoms.
