I noticed that it is just the way a drama translator from official platforms. Wetv and iqiyi also changing titles to just names. Fansubber usually translate the titles as it is.
Maybe it's because of the culture. For example, I'm an Asian and we addressed our siblings with "Brother", "Sister", so I prefer when it was translated as it is. While western people usually addressed siblings or other people with their names, so maybe they more prefer when it translated into names.
