Watched it on a Donut binge, his acting is not the best in this since he's younger but he is so darn cute. Light and fluffy romance with comedy, 8/10 recommend.
decent chemistry, definitely seem like young lovers conflicted because their parents making bad choices... on episode 6 now and hopefully it doesn't drag.

I agree! the romance in this was so good, you could tell with how softspoken the ML became towards FL after he fell in love, he felt bad just yelling at her. Best part is the fact that there's no r*pe scene in this one, IDK why they had to add that to the 2008 ver.
1998 ver. is so much better, no r*pe scene (I was surprised considering it was older) and apparently the original novel had no r*pe scene but IDK why the stupid director had to add it to this version. and the romance was really nice and well developed in the 1998 ver. I originally tried to watch this but I absolutely couldn't. In the 1998 ver. the ML falls madly in love and was literally at her feet after the first few episodes. I don't think I will ever finish this version.
not bad, it had 1/4 romance and 3/4 focus on the mystery and investigating the past. I liked the FL she's a smart character with a backbone. there's a lot of family politics and betrayal, etc. I'd say watch it if you don't really have anything else to watch but its not binge worthy
