Eunki was chasing after Tae Ho, so either Charles/Insung might have put the poison/pill in the hosts drink. Though it could also be RSH, since we saw him at the venue as well!

Has all those scars which we saw recently.... was with the Taxi driver at the time of his death(also Mr Choi was shocked to see him, which somewhat results to a conclusion that he might have hit Mr Choi the second time, also Mr.Choi might have said No.11 but he said No.13 to RSJ and JEK to throw them off)

People like you thought there was dumb logic from the beginning onwards.... but many points everyone raised at that time were answered in upcoming episodes and clarified.... Same goes for the things that happened in this episode too....
I somewhat agree about the ML, but he's just unlucky that wherever he goes it turns into a crime scene!

Also, any ideas about what the taxi driver was talking with the RSH(i don't remember which episode it was), but he asked him money just like he did with Number 7(in ep6)... which can, in a way mean that he might be one of the missing kids too!
One thing i didn't understand about the police, (I know it's a drama and we got to overlook this but..) They know Yoo Na got in the taxi at the pub(or wherever it was)... why not just check the CCTV around that area and time to see the taxi number? that way they'll find it easily i think... also with the information about the tattoo... its like definite proof against the taxi driver.
And why did Mr. Baek hide his wife's body in a Freezer? He could have just complained to the police that someone broke into their house and did it...since RSJ broke in anyway.... It'll be a problem for him in future when police/someone else finds the body in future.....(maybe they are setting him up for his arrest that way but its somewhat dumb... or they'll explain why he hid it in the future episodes)
But, apart from these points i loved the drama so far... its engaging and 1 hour goes by in a flash.... plus the constant suspense of who the Kids in the flashback are in present and the Joker is good... It's easily a 9(rating) for me!
I also still think that the Judge(RSH) is the culprit... he definitely is sus for some reason... also, i think someone else previously mentioned in comments... but when RSJ told him about the call recording.... his expression was so sus.....(like he was shocked the call was recorded and has to get rid of it) He also talks about getting the drone footage himself... maybe it captured something about him and thats why he said he'll try to find it himself? who knows

I don't think it's that complicated tbh... lemme tell my reason... Yup.... Hye Jin was killed because of her dad's involvement... we know that because we saw the relation between the police chief and Mr. Baek, but the police, RSH, RSJ do not know about this. So the brothers are speculating about the killer of Hye Jin without this information, and looking at it that way it all points at the Taxi driver. Since he was the last to drop Hye Jin, his tattoo and the recent incident with Yuna.
Also in Ep6, i think they mention that the killer is in the Courtroom... not the Jury... (I Still think the Judge is the main culprit... teamed up with others)
This is a wonderful drama! So glad i found this and watched it! Don't be misled by the title. It's a truly amazing drama!
To people who dropped this before episode 3, you are missing a very fun, emotional and wonderful drama. Every emotion is covered in it.
To people who don't like alcohol/support drinking(me included), don't be misled by the title. Yes there many are drinking scenes in the drama... but it's only upto ep 3, after that they don't drink much... the story intensifies and we are in for a roller coaster of emotions.

So the victim's father(Hope foods ceo) is going forward based on that point... i think the killer is one of the kids and he just used the name Yoon jae to throw everyone off..
To all the people who are talking about loopholes...
Yes, there are a lot.... but seeing how the story is going... everyone is in someway connected to the victims/jurors etc. So everyone has their own story going on and they are trying to prioritize/save themselves which we don't know about yet!
Also, i believe many people who watch the drama don't delve too much into the details that they find the loopholes apparent... They just enjoy the drama and how it unfolds!
So just enjoy it for now. (Cuz after watching ep4 some points that were spoken..... were already answered... so other points will/might be answered in upcoming episodes too)
The BGM of the drama which comes during intense/chasing scenes is so similar to that of 'The Flash' TV series of DC. Everytime i hear it, it reminds me of Flash lol...
In Episode 3, the motorbike that cuts in the way of taxi... is it the same one that Eunji encounters later? (the girl she tries to save rides on it.... is it the same motorbike)
Edit: i re-watched it, i think it's the same one(helmet design and bike color are same)... don't know if it's got any significance in the future though!

how is he good and almost unharmed in episode 3? did i miss something?
