I see this has time travel elements. But didn't mainstream China banned time travel trope? Or has it changed? I remember Summit of the Youth couldn't air their last episode because of the time-travel issue.

It initially had 24 episodes. But they couldn't air the last episode because it had time-travel elements which China banned. Otherwise I believe they'd have a happy ending. As the other commenter said, both the leads were stuck in an elevator and they travelled back in time with their current knowledge and became big. As the last episodes approached, they got together and were living happily until one day she wakes up from coma and finds that the life she lived was just a dream. She goes to find the ML and they find each other in the elevator where the ml smiles reassuringly implying that he remembers the other life too which now just seems like a dream. And then the second couple show up on screen. And that's how the 23rd episode ended. Very vaguely. Everything would have been clear if they could air the 24th episode.

I hope it doesn't ends like Summit of Youth.
