That's what I originally thought, but someone showed an image of who the girl looks when she's older in white all clothing. Xiang An Tu is her sister? This is a speculation based on what people said. Not 100% sure, since her older appearance hasn't appeared after ML turned about 18 or so.

Probably because of the ghost-people in the beginning of EP 1. Otherwise, I don't know. Usually fantasy cdramas involve flying n stuff that not any mortal can do. Someone could add onto what I'm saying, or more context to respond your question^^
So far, between EP 1-4 I pretty much like it. ML is clever.
