Gonna say something... I don't think it is just related to vote but I kinda understand some part of the lineup :
First as we can see from the beginning, the non Korean traînees were very popular in the survival especially the C-lines That's why they decided to make debut not all of them.. Yes.. They need to make debut the most popular one Bingfan and Lin but not all of them.. They need to make chance
Miraku was already popular considering that he's a former JYP trainee, and they'll need to promote in Japan for becoming bigger
For the others, K-Pop group from survivals are supposed to have more K-lines... They need to be recognized in Korea before trying outside.
So, a we all know Jang Hyunjun was the main vocalist of the Time of life song, so people will recognize him that's why he debut. Yuseop was from Boys Planet , Gihyeon was trained with All(H)ours. And Junpyo receive emphaty from the public.
Based of that the selection of the final lineup is kinda normal.. Whatever people will think I do think that the ranking were not normal like I many survivals... But considering promotion, marketing and the futur of the group... It was certainly the best lineup they'll have to create.
