i just took in the position of the woman (it differs from the first woman looking directly toward her husband and mistress) to the third woman facing her back. maybe it symbolizes how they go about getting "revenge" or how it ends (maybe the women facing her back toward them with either leave him or ignore the infidelity) and the first women will either fight until she gets revenge head-on or take him back

idk if its just me but the husband who chose to take paternal leave at the end made it seem like he was such a hero or so noble for doing so. like i get there was some character development but its just sad to see how in the beginning it was just assumed that she would have to quit her job like there was no discussion what so ever

i just hated him for not ever telling his WIFE OF 10 YEARS about his dad.
