Usually I would not watch dramas which I'm not interested in so the dramas which I dropped were actually something that I looked forward to but was left disappointed with. I dropped Goblin at episode 6. The premise was excellent, the cinematography was amazing, the soundtrack was wonderful but I just could not finish watching an episode without having to pause every ten minutes. It was only the last ten minutes of each episode where the plot actually showed progress. Half of the time, I was left watching a very pretty documentary which I did enjoy but was not value adding to the plot. As I was interested in the premise and plot, I watched snippets of the drama and read synopsis and that was good enough for me. I still did not have the will to pick up this drama to continue watching.

On Code Blue Season 3 Sep 26, 2017
As the scriptwriter had changed for this season, this season felt less "Code Blue" than the previous two seasons. The medical related issues are traded for more interactions among the characters, especially since there are more characters in this season than before. However, this isn't what I want from Code Blue. I want challenging cases on the grounds instead of bickering in the hospital.

I do enjoy the addition of fellows in this season because it indicates a new generation in the hospital, just like Aizawa Sensei and the team nine years ago. It also reminds us that they have become doctors admire by the fellows, just like how they admire Kuroda Sensei and team nine years ago. It also struck me that perhaps nine years ago, Kuroda Sensei might be feeling what Shirashi Sensei is feeling in this season, just that it wasn't shown to them.

The new fellows arc isn't well fleshed out in my opinion, but if it is well fleshed out, perhaps Aizawa Sensei and team will not be the leads anymore.

This drama was unexpectedly good. The drama was fun, inspiring and a really easy watch. If only there was more romance...

Hello Ghost is wonderful. One of the best Korean movies I ever watched. It is a comedy but I shed so much tears that I did not realise I am capable of. It is so awesome. Everyone should watch. EVERYONE.

Reply 1988 is by far the most touching one out of the Reply series. The families portrayed in R88 are realistic as I can relate to them. Parents are not perfect and R88 has no qualms in depicting that. We may feel, at times, that our parents are biased, or might misunderstand us. I often felt that too when I was a kid because I felt that my parents are biased against me. However, this drama taught me that all parents learnt to be parents. No one is born a parent. Everyone learns from scratch. They may not be perfect because they are learning along the way but that does not make them love us lesser. They love us, all the same. I cried when I realised this. There was another scene which showed that we might be embarrassed by our mothers sometimes, but it was because they let go of their own dignity for us. "They say that God created mothers because He can't be everywhere at once." I was so touched by this that I cried a river. How true.

R88 made me miss my family and love them even more.

I usually drop a drama when I realised the male character is much older than the female character if they are going to develop into a romantic relationship. I'm not against such relationship in real life but more often than not, I could feel the awkwardness between the characters through the screen. I will usually drop a drama after I realised the character had amnesia. I drop a drama if the plot is just obnoxiously bad - too much yelling at each other, too much weird relationships here and there. I will also drop a drama where the leads fall in love with each other randomly! 1 minute before both leads are shouting their heads off each other and the next minute they watched the sakura petals fall above their heads and they fall in love. Too ridiculous. DROP.

I actually preferred the Taiwanese version of Fated to Love You. Perhaps its because I grow up speaking Mandarin, I am able to understand the intricacies of the drama more. I like how the characters matured into a better person after every single episode. It's true that Ji Cun Xi was cold towards Chen Xin Yi at first but he had no intention to be nice to her because he was in love with Anna originally. Also, he was selfish and a guy with many flaws. It was because of Chen Xin Yi that he slowly changed for the better. I enjoyed the character development and the comedic elements too. The characters are too unique to be replicated which was why I felt awkward watching the korean version. I just felt something was out of place.
