I agree they shouldn't have edited Riwon out without proof and also was frustrated with JN trying to be the center of attention and hurting HY and then turn around and have cry 2x trying to get sympathy from HY... But when HY said she only wanted to be friends then JN immediately stops crying and wants to leave since she isn't used to being rejected and didn't want to be without a partner since she was embarrassed being alone... I could tell she was an actress and crying on a dime and flipping her hair all the time

I think Da Hye might have some acting experience... Anyone notice how the PD seemed to focus on her and reprise her scenes and she can cry "pretty* especially in ep 5?

Yes... Unfortunately most manga FL characters are written over the top emotional and was hoping her character wouldn't since she is supposed to be a tomboy so she is polar opposite emotionally 😂😂

Not many tomboy women would freak out when a guy is shirtless like she does repeatedly and she screams too much too like little girl😒

The original American version did have lots of romance

The FL. actually ends up with Kazushi in the book so they changed it to the ML and probably why the chemistry wasn't there

I heard In the book the FL and Kazushi end up together so that is probably why the 2 leads romance was lacking since they changed it from the book

Who is the 2ML? Since there are 3 other men I am not sure which is 2ML 🤣🤣

I think the hosts should have continued to mentor their contestants to help them with communication and dating skills and also deal with certain situations like when they were rejected by someone or had to politely tell someone they only liked them as a friend

I think Jaehyun, Min Hong, Ji Su, Yi Do and YM would have benefited the most with more mentor help since I could see them very uncomfortable in several scenes and didn't know how to react which is understandable since they lack dating experience

Yido was polar opposite of JM which he realized later... She was outgoing, loved shopping, adventurous and he is more of relaxed homebody who enjoys great conversations and calm environment plus she wanted someone with a similar family background

It was mentioned that the show edited out most of Ji Yeon and JM meetings since the beginning so that it seemed more dramatic when they started to like each other so it didn't happen overnight like the edit shows so I blame editing for that and also NOT showing most of Miji and Seung Chan footage except their first 2 days

Min Hong seemed like she wanted attention to me since she kept chasing JM and telling everyone he liked her to the other women who liked him which stirred the pot more... She is very blunt so it can be a turnoff for most guys so she is more of a best friend type to them

I felt bad for Jae Hyun too since he isn't good at trying to tell someone he likes someone else and afraid of hurting their feelings too so he tried to svoid Ji Yeon which made her more upset and also knew YM liked JM so he didn't want to make her feel pressured by telling her his feelings so told her he didn't like her anymore and she could go for JM but that backfired too since he has zero dating experience and difficult for him to word things correctly.. She was mean to him and took her anger she had towards JM liking other women out on Jaehyun 😤😤 YM is more outgoing and experience whereas Jaehyun is extremely extroverted and lacks confidence so blames himself harshly when things go wrong

Agree that MH seems to read the room wrong with men she likes so kept thinking the men she liked meant they liked her as their #1 like JM when he never did and most friend zoned her since it is easier to talk to a friend you are not romantically attracted to then someone you are since most the men were shy around women they liked... She kept saying he betrayed her and I am like " you two were never dating or married" and move on to another guy

Agree that they needed more mingling with other contestants instead of just their main choice since I get tired of love triangles, squares or pentagons... Sports, games and random dates help so everyone can be involved not just people who choose each other

Plus like you said Miji and guy #6 ( can't remember his name since they mainly only showed him in 2 episodes when he first arrived)... Dating shows edit out so much content and seem to only follow the most popular guy & woman so it becomes predictable to me who will get the screen time

Some contestants should have tried getting to know others instead of focusing on ONLY one person especially after that person told them they liked someone else... I would have been after guy #6 since he had a great personality, funny, communicates well and handsome

Agree... I seems like Ji Su was afraid to leave alone when 2 men liked her so it felt a bit scripted to me or she was afraid how he would react if he was rejected

I was also mad that Miji and guy #6 didn't have any screen time and was hoping they would pick each other since they looked like a great match... I think he may have like Yido since I remember he stayed in the pool with her when she was watching Jeongmok & Ji Yeong talking with each other by the pool and also sat by her a lot

I think ALL contestants should arrive at the SAME time so all of them get a fair chance to date and meet everyone especially in single since birth when most are shy so take awhile to feel comfortable
