I am guessing that Mr Jeong replaced the DNA in the medical records and database after the real Sang Hoon died and they adopted the current Sang Hoon...Korea uses fingerprints along with signatures for most contracts so they may have looked at a JQ work contract and matched his fingerprint to it so they wouldn't need medical records or his blood
